Քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը չկառչեց իր պաշտոնից

Այսօր քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը հրաժարական է ներկայացրել՝ այս մասին տեղեկացնելով աշխատակազմին և իր շնորհակալության խոսքը ուղղելով Երևանի բնակիչներին։ Այս հարցում մեկնաբանությունները տարբեր են, և, բնականաբար, հրաժարականից հետո ավելի շատ այն մասին են, որ Տարոն Մարգարյանը պետք է հրաժարական տար, քանի որ մայրաքաղաքում հազարավոր խնդիրներ անլուծելի են մնացել, քանի որ քաղաքային բյուջեն կարող էր ավելի նպատակային օգտագործվել, քանի որ քաղաքապետը «թիթիզ» տեսք չուներ, լայվ վիդեոներ չէր անում և այլն։ Նման կարծիք արտահայտողներին ուղղված միակ հարցը հետևյալն է. իսկ ո՞վ է լինելու նրան փոխարինողը, ով ավելի լավ կճանաչի Երևանի խնդիրները, քան Տարոն Մարգարյանը։

Պետք չէ ուրանալ այն բոլոր ձեռքբերումները, որ այս տարիների ընթացքում եղել են։ Քիչ խնդիրներ չէ, որ լուծվել են՝ սկսած վթարային շենքերից մինչև նոր ճանապարհներ ու իրենց ծավալով աննախադեպ մասշտաբայնության ծրագրեր։ Ինչպես ասում են, ժամանակն ամեն ինչ ցույց կտա և հուսանք, որ կգա նոր ժամանակների այն քաղաքապետը, ով մեկ օրում կլուծի հասարակական տրանսպորտի խնդիրը, բոլորին կապահովի աշխատանքով ու հեծանիվով կգա աշխատանքի։ Ժանրի լավագույն կանոններով, այս նոր քաղաքապետը նաև պետք է չմոռանա լայվ վիդեոները և ֆեյսբուքյան համայնքի հետ ակտիվ կապի պահպանումը։ Այս պահին հորիզոնում չեն երևում նման թեկնածուներ, ուստի Երևան քաղաքի կառավարման ապագան շարունակում է մնալ մշուշոտ։

Մնում է հուսալ, որ քաղաքապետի պաշտոնում չեն հայտնվի ոչ ադեկվատ հայտնի դեմքեր, ովքեր հրահրում էին ցույցեր Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի դիմաց և փորձում դիվիդենտներ շահել։

Հուսանք նաև, որ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի գնալով քաղաքապետարանում չի մեկնարկի անարխիայի ու անպատժելիության մթնոլորտ, քանի որ, հայտնի է, որ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը նաև ներողամտությամբ ու հոգատարությամբ է վերաբերվել նաև քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակիցներին ու իր թիմակիցներին։ Իսկ Երևան քաղաքի խնդիրների լուծումը հետաձգվեց առնվազն ևս հինգ տարով մինչև որ նորաթուխները փորձեն գլուխ հանել այդ ամենից։
