ԵԱՏՄ-ի Ներքին շուկաների հարցերով խորհրդատվական կոմիտեն քննարկել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության երկրների միջեւ առեւտրի առավել զգայուն խնդիրները և դրանց լուծմանն ուղղված հարցերը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, քննարկվող հարցերի թվում է էլեկտրոնային ստորագրության փոխադարձ ընդունումը, առանձին ոլորտներում պետական և համայնքային գնումների հասանելիությունը, միության բոլոր երկրներում համատեղ անասնաբուժական վերահսկողությունը և այլն:

Այդ խնդիրները եւ դրանց վերացմանն ուղղված առաջարկությունները նախատեսվում է քննարկել Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի խորհրդի նիստում, որը նախատեսված է հուլիսի 13-ին:

Կողմերը եկան եզրակացության այն մասին, որ անհրաժեշտ է իրականացնել միության այն երկրների միջեւ էլեկտրոնային թվային ստորագրությունների փոխադարձ ճանաչման գործընթաց, որոնք պատրաստ են ներկայումս: Դա անհրաժեշտ է եվրասիական շուկայում էլեկտրոնային ձեւաչափով գնումների աշխատանքն ապահովելու համար: Հանդիպման մասնակիցները համաձայնեցին մինչեւ այս տարվա սեպտեմբերի 1-ը հաստատել միության երկրների միջեւ էլեկտրոնային թվային ստորագրությունների ճանաչման գործողությունների ծրագիրը, որն էլ իր հերթին միջանկյալ քայլ կդառնա փոխադարձ ճանաչման ընդհանուր պլանի իրագործման մեջ:

ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների համար կարևոր հարց է նաև առանձին ոլորտներում պետական և համայնքային գնումների հասանելիությունը: Նշվում է, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ի պետական գնումների շուկայի հիմնական մասը բաժին է ընկնում Ռուսաստանին՝ կազմելով ավելի քան 90 տոկոս: 2017 թվականին այն կազմել է 7 տրլն ռուբլի:

Հանդիպման մասնակիցները քննարկել են ալկոհոլի եւ ծխախոտի արտադրանքի ակցիզային հարկի ոլորտում հարկային քաղաքականության սկզբունքների վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրերի փաթեթի ստորագրման հարցը, ինչպես նաեւ ԵԱՏՄ-ի շրջանակներում ալկոհոլային շուկայի կարգավորումը: Քննարկվել է նաև միության պետություններից ներմուծված ալկոհոլային արտադրանքի պարտավորավճարի կիրառումը: Այն գանձվում է բոլոր անդամ-երկրներում՝ բացառությամբ Հայաստանի:
