Փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի գրասենյակը հայտարարություն է տարածել  «Արմենիան Քափր Փրոգրամ» ՓԲԸ կողմից պղնձաձուլարանի կառուցման ծրագրի վերաբերյալ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի գրասենյակից,  «Արմենիան Քափըր Փրոգրամ» ՓԲԸ-ի կողմից կառավարությանն է ներկայացվել նոր ծրագիր։ Նախագծով նախատեսվում է կառուցել տարածաշրջանի ամենախոշոր պղնձաձուլարաններից մեկը։

Հաշվի առնելով բնապահպանության ոլորտում առկա լրջագույն խնդիրները և կառավարության նախկինում արձանագրած դիրքորոշումները՝ այս ծրագրին աջակցության հնարավորությունը կարող է դիտարկվել հետևյալ երկու առանցքային հարցերը հստակեցնելուց հետո միայն.

  1. Արդյո՞ք կարողանալու է ընկերությունը լավագույն փորձի հիման վրա հոգալ շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցությունը նվազագույնի հասցնելու հարցը և ապահովել արդյունաբերական թափոնները Հայաստանից դուրս բերելու կամ դրանցից այլ արտադրանք ստանալու խնդիրը:
  2. Արդյո՞ք այս գործարանի համար ռեսուրսներ մատակարարող հանքերը կարող են ապահովել հումքի անհրաժեշտ ծավալները՝ առանց հանքերի գերշահագործման:
