ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը սեպտեմբերին կայցելի ԱՄՆ, որտեղ նախատեսվում է Փաշինյանի ելույթը ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր ասամբլեայում, որից հետո, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կլինեն երկկողմ հանդիպումներ ամերիկյան գործընկերների հետ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին «Ամերիկայի Ձայն»-ի հետ հարցազրույցի ժամանակ ասել է  Հայաստանի առաջին փոխվարչապետ Արարատ Միրզոյանը:

Անդրադառնալով Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականությանը՝ Միրզոյանն ասել է, որ զգալի տեղաշարժեր արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ իշխանափոխությունից և հեղափոխությունից հետո չեն ակնկալվում: «Ակնկալվում են որոշակի սրբագրումներ Արևմուտքի, ԱՄՆ-ի, Եվրոպայի և բազմաթիվ այլ գործընկերների հետ:  Մենք պատրաստվում ենք խորացնել մեր հարաբերությունները, որովհետև կարծում ենք՝ կա հսկայական պոտենցիալ, որը, ցավոք սրտի, իրացված չէ, և ժամանակը նոր պահանջներ է դնում, մասնավորապես Սիլիկոնային հովտի հետ կապված, և այս ամենը  ոչ մի կերպ պետք  չէ դիտարկել որպես Հայաստանի այլ գործընկերների և դաշնակիցների հետ ունեցած հարաբերությունների հաշվին արվող խորացում»,- ընդգծել է առաջին փոխվարչապետը:

Կադրային փոփոխություններից խոսելով՝ Արարատ Միրզոյանը հավաստիացրել է, որ սերնդափոխություն պետք է լինի: «Չի կարելի անվերջ հղում անել փորձի վրա»,- նշել է նա:

ԱԱԾ բացահայտումների մասին հարցին էլ Միրզոյանը պատասխանել է, որ որևէ կերպ նպատակ դրված չէ օգտագործել կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարը քաղաքական նպատակներով: «Մենք մեղավոր չենք, որ բացահայտումների 99 տոկոսը վերաբերվում է կոնկրետ քաղաքական ուժին: Մենք ասել ենք, որ քաղաքական վենդետա չի լինելու և այդպես էլ շարունակում ենք»,-վստահեցրել է Միրզոյանը՝ հավելելով, որ  սկսված գործը հասցվելու է ավարտին: «Որևէ ուժ չի կարող կանգնել  ժողովրդի և Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների ցանկության դեմ, ինչ ռեսուրս էլ, որ ունենա: Մենք դուխով ենք»,-եզրափակել է Արարատ Միրզոյանը:
