Փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը հուլիսի 20-ին ընդունել է եռօրյա աշխատանքային այցով Հայաստանում գտնվող Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի Հարևանության հարցերով գլխավոր տնօրենի տեղակալ Կատարինա Մատերնովայի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Պատվիրակության կազմում էին նաև Հայաստանում ԵՄ դեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին և Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի հարևանության և ընդլայնման բանակցությունների գլխավոր տնօրինության Հայաստանի հետ գործընկերության հարցերով բաժնի ղեկավար Վասիլիս Մարագոսը:

Փոխվարչապետը ողջունել է հյուրերին՝ նշելով, որ տիկին Մատերնովայի այցելությունը Հայաստան լավ հնարավորություն է ևս մեկ անգամ քննարկելու ՀՀ-ԵՄ հարաբերությունների ներկա իրավիճակն ու հետագա զարգացման հեռանկարները:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ փոխվարչապետի գրասենյակից, Կատարինա Մատերնովան ներկայացրել է փոխվարչապետին ԵՄ աջակցության հիմնական գործիքները, խոսել համագործակցությունն առաջ մղելու նոր գաղափարների մասին:

Զրուցակիցները կարևորել են ՀՀ-ԵՄ հարաբերությունների զարգացման տեսանկյունից Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի կյանքի կոչումն ու անհրաժեշտ համարել այդ գործընթացում երկու կողմերի համատեղ աշխատանքը: Մհեր Գրիգորյանը և Կատարինա Մատերնովան մտքեր են փոխանակել նաև Հայաստանում ԵՄ-ի վերաբերյալ հանրային կարծիքի հարցման արդյունքների շուրջ՝ երկուստեք կարևորելով ԵՄ բոլոր ծրագրերում հանրային լայն ընդգրկվածությունն ու տեղեկացվածությունը:

Փոխվարչապետը և Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի Հարևանության հարցերով գլխավոր տնօրենի տեղակալը վստահություն են հայտնել, որ փոխգործակցության մեծ ներուժ կա, որն իրացնելու համար երկու կողմերը պետք է համակարգված և ներդաշնակեցված աշխատանք իրականացնեն: Փոխվարչապետն անհրաժեշտ է համարել ԵՄ փորձագետների հետ սերտ համագործակցությունը ինչպես ՀԸԳՀ կյանքի կոչման, այնպես էլ դրանից բխող բարեփոխումների իրականացման փուլում: Տիկին Մատերնովան պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել աշխատել կառավարության հետ բացահայտելու համար համագործակցության հետագա հնարավորությունները ԵՄ աջակցության ներուժը առավելագույնս օգտագործելու նպատակով:

Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձել են նաև Հայաստանի և եվրոպական ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունների փոխգործակցությանը, քննարկել այն առավել արդյունավետ դարձնելու հնարավորությունները: Նրանք խոսել են ԵՄ անդամ պետություններից բարձր դասի խորհրդականների ներգրավվելու նոր մեխանիզմի մասին, ըստ որի` խորհրդականները կհամագործակցեն կառավարության հետ՝ Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի կյանքի կոչմանը, դոնորների հետ փոխգործակցության համակարգմանն աջակցելու գործում, ինչպես նաև կօգնեն մասնավոր հատվածին օգտվել ՀՀ-ԵՄ համաձայնագրից բխող հնարավորություններից: Կգործի նաև հավելյալ «CEPA facility» աջակցության գործիքը, որը կարող է մոբիլիզացնել շուրջ 80 միլիոն եվրո՝ մասնավոր հատվածում ներդրումներ իրականացնելու համար:
