Հայ ազգային կոնգրեսի պահվածքը վերջին սահմանային իրադարձությունների ֆոնին բավականին տխուր պատկերացում տվեց այդ քաղաքական ուժի գործելաոճի մասին: Չկարողանալով զերծ մնալ ազգային միասնություն փաստող փաստաթղթի ստորագրման գայթակղությունից և սեփական կայքերով այդ փաստը որպես իշխանություններին շա՜տ մեծ զիջում ներկայացնելու գործելաոճից՝ այս բազմակի տրոհման ենթարկված և առ այսօր քաղաքական դաշտում իր որոշակի տեղը չգտած կառույցը մինչև կկվի կանչելը ՛՛թռավ՛՛ իր իսկ ստորագրությունից՝ կապելով դա Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի քարոզարշավին չմասնակցելու ցանկության հետ: Բոլոր բանական մարդկանց խնդրում եմ վերծանել ՀԱԿ-ի այս հայտարարությունը:
՛՛Ակնհայտ է, որ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը, տեղեկանալով ԱԺ խմբակցությունների միջեւ օգոստոսի 4-ին ձեռք բերված համաձայնության մասին, որոշել է օգտագործել այն սեփական անձի գովազդման նպատակով, ինչպես նաեւ, կցելով խորհրդարանական պատվիրակությունն իրեն, փոխարինել ազգային շահերի շուրջ համախմբան խորհրդանիշը՝ իշխանության շուրջ համախմբման պատրանքով: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի նման գործելակերպը ուղղված է, ըստ էության, պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի նախաձեռնության եւ ձեռք բերված համաձայնության տապալմանը: Հայ Ազգային Կոնգրեսը հետեւաբար մերժում է Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի քարոզարշավին մասնակցելու հրավերը եւ վերահաստատում իր պատրաստակամությունը իրականացնելու Սեյրան Օհանյանի հետ օգոստոսի 4-ին ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները՝ զորամասեր եւ շփման գիծ՛՛:
Ակնհայտ է, որ սա ուղղակի իրեն խիստ անկաշառ ընդդիմադիր ներկայացնելու խղճուկ փորձ է, որովհետև այդպես էլ անհասկանալի մնաց, թե ինչ կապ ուներ այստեղ Աբրահամյանի քարոզարշավը: Բոլորն էլ գնում են դիրքեր, բոլորն էլ լուսաբանվում են հավասարաչափ: Ենթադրենք՝ գնային Գալուստ Սահակյանի հետ, ո՞րն էր տարբերությունը: Այդ ժամանակ էլ պետք է հայտարարեին, ոչ չեն մասնակցում Գալուստ Սահակյանի քարոզարշավին: Նույն Սեյրան Օհանյանը Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի կառավարության մի մասն է, և եթե դիտարկենք այս՛՛աննախադեպ միասնությունը՛՛ ՀԱԿ-ի տեսակետից, ապա այսպես թե այնպես իրենք զբաղվում էին վարչապետի քարոզարշավով:
Իսկ ինչ է տեղի ունեցել իրականում. ըստ լրատվամիջոցների՝ ԱԺ պատգամավորները Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի հետ նույն ուղղաթիռով մեկնել են Արցախ, հանդիպել նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանին և յուրաքանչյուրը գնացել է իր ծրագրով՝ հանդիպումների: Ինչ վատ բան կար նրանում, որ համատեզ զորակցություն հայտնեին Արցախի ղեկավարին, այնուհետև չմասնակցին Աբրահամյանի քարոզարշավին և մեկնեիկն դիրքեր: Ըստ էության մյուս քաղաքական ուժերը այդպես էլ վարվեցին...
Մեկ էլ էդ քարոզարշավ բառը չհասկացա. կարելի է նույն տրամաբանությամբ ենթադրել, որ ազգային միասնության փաստաթուղթ ստորագրելն էլ էր քարոզարշավ, իրենց այցը սահման նույնպես, վերջին ՛՛հրաժարիմք ի սատանայեն՛՛՝ առավել ևս: Իսկ պատերազմական վիճակում քարոզարշավ անելը և ինչ որ անհասկանալի քաղաքական կուրծքծեծոցին, կներեք, էնքան էլ բարոյական չէ...
