«Լիդիան Արմենիա» ՓԲ ընկերությունը, անդրադառնալով ՀՀ Քննչական Կոմիտեի պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությանը «Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ շրջակա միջավայրի աղտոտմանմասին տեղեկությունները դիտավորությամբ թաքցնելու առերևույթ դեպքի առթիվ» վերտառությամբ և ԶԼՄ-ների կողմից այդ հաղորդագրության տարածմանը, արտահայտում է իր վրդովմունքն ու տարակուսանքը՝ ինչպես Կոմիտեի կողմից վերոնշյալ հաղորդագրությունում «Լիդիան Արմենիա» ՓԲ ընկերության անվան շահարկման, այնպես էլ՝ որոշ լրատվամիջոցների կողմից hաղորդագրությունում առկա տեղեկատվության ակնհայտ խեղաթյուրման առնչությամբ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ընկերությունից:

«Սույնով հայտարարում ենք, որ «Լիդիան Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ն որևէ առնչություն չունի հարուցված քրեական գործի և դրանում ներգրավված անձանց հետ և հետամուտ է լինելու ընկերության անունը շահարկող և գործարար համբավն արատավորող անձանց՝ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով պատասխանատվության ենթարկելուն: 

Ընկերությունը՝ ինչպես որոշ լրատվամիջոցների կողմից ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության պաշտոնատար անձանց նկատմամբ հարուցված քրեական գործը որպես Լիդիանի դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործ ներկայացնելը, այնպես էլ Քննչական կոմիտեի կողմից տարածված հաղորդագրությունում «Լիդիան Արմենիա» ՓԲ ընկերության անունը հիշատակելը դիտարկում է՝ որպես դիտավորություն, և ընկերության դեմ ուղղված հակաքարոզչության դրսևորում: «Լիդիան Արմենիա» ՓԲ ընկերությունը որևէ տեղեկություն պատկան մարմիններից երբևէ չի թաքցրել, իսկ ընկերության կառավարման մարմիններում ընգրկված անձինք վստահ են, որ ընկերությունը հետևել է ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված բնապահպանական բոլոր պահանջներին: Պահանջում ենք այն լրատվամիջոցներից, որոնք Քննչական կոմիտեի հաղորդագրությունը ներկայացնրել են որպես «Լիդիանի» դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործ, հերքել այդ տեղեկատվությունը, քանի որ Քննչական կոմիտեում ընկերության նկատմամբ նման գործ չի հարուցվել: Միևնույն ժամանակ ակնկալում ենք, որ քննչական մարմինները հետայսու մասնավոր անձանց ենթադրությունների հիման վրա հարուցված քրեական գործերում կխուսափեն անհարկի հիշատակել երկրի խոշորագույն ներդրողի անունը, հաշվի առնելով, որ նման շփոթեցնող հաղորդագրությունները բացասաբար են անդրադառնում միջազգային ներդումային շուկայում ընկերության և երկրի վարկանիշի վրա»,- ասվում է ընկերության հաղորդագրության մեջ:
