Մենք գիտենք, որ...

Նյութերը լինում են ագրեգատային երեք վիճակում՝ պինդ, հեղուկ, գազային։ Ջերմաստիճանի և ճնշման ազդեցությամբ նյութը կարող է անցնել մի վիճակից մյուսը, որն անվանում են ֆազային անցում։ Օրինակ՝ ջուրը հեղուկից կարող է վերածվել պինդ վիճակի՝ սառույցի, և գազային վիճակի՝ գոլորշու։ 

Իրականում ագրեգատային վիճակները ներկայումս հաշվվում են մոտավորապես 15 տեսակի, ընդ որում՝ գիտության զարգացման հետ այդ թիվն անընդհատ ավելանում է։ Առաջին ագրեգատային վիճակը, որն ավելացել է հայտնի երեքին, եղել է պլազման։

Պլազման հայտնաբերվել է 1879 թվականին Ու. Կրուկսի կողմից։ Իրենից ներկայացնում է իոնացված գազ, առաջանում է գազային վիճակի նյութը գերբարձր ջերմաստիճանում տաքացնելիս։ Հետաքրքիրն այն է, որ տիեզերքի 99,9 %–ը կազմված է հենց պլազմայից (աստղեր, արև, միգամածություններ, արևային քամի, միջաստղային տարածություն)։ Երկրի վրա պլազման կայծակի, իոնոսֆերայի, բևեռափայլի տեսքով է, ինչպես նաև հանդիպում է արհեստականորեն ստեղծված մի շարք սարքերում՝ պլազմային լամպ, էկրան, շարժիչ և այլն։

Ներկայուս նյութի ագրեգատային վիճակներ են համարվում նաև սուպերհոսունությունը (սա գերցածր ջերմաստիճանի ազդեցությամբ առաջացած նյութի այն վիճակն է , երբ նյութը հոսում է ճեղքերով և կապիլներով՝ առանց շփման), նեյտրոնային վիճկը (սա գերբարձր ճնշման ազդեցությամբ առաջացած նյութի այն վիճակն է, երբ նյութը կազմված է միայն նեյտրոններից. գոյություն ունեն, այսպես կոչված, նեյտրոնային աստղեր), սև մատերիան, գլազման, սուպերպինդը, Բոզե–Էյնշտեյնի կոնդենսատը, սիմետրիկ նյութը և այլն։ Իհարկե, այս բոլոր ագրեգատային վիճակները կան, բայց վերջնական իմաստով կարելի է նշել, որ կարևոր են չորսը՝ պինդ, հեղուկ, գազային և պլազմա։

Հետաքրքիր է, որ հին հունական փիլիսոփա Արիստոտելը դեռևս մեր թվարկությունից առաջ չորրորդ դարում համարում էր, որ աշխարհը կազմված է հինգ տարրերից՝ հող, օդ, ջուր, կրակ և եթեր։ Այսինքն՝ հող–պինդ, ջուր–հեղուկ, օդ–գազային և կրակ–պլազմա (իրականում կրակի մեջ պարունակում է պլազմա)։ Առայժմ բաց է մնում եթերի հարցը։ Համոզված եմ, որ մարդկությունը դեռևս կհայտնաբերի մեծ փիլիսոփայի նշած այդ եթերը, կամ էլ արդեն հայտնաբերել է. երևի դա ալկոհոլն է։
