Մինաս Պողոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահին առաջադրված մեղադրանքներն ու կալանավորման որոշումը բուռն քննարկման արժանացավ հասարակության տարբեր շերտերի մոտ։

 

Թյուր կարծիքներ սերմանելը դարձել է որոշ լրատվամիջոցների հիմնական սկզբունքը և այդ սկզբունքին հավատարիմ մնալով՝ լրատվական կայքերն անմիջապես սկսեցին մարտի մեկի դեպքերի վերաբերյալ իրավական հիմք չունեցող հայտարորություններ անել։

Չգիտես ինչու, լրատվական կայքերի «հանճարեղ» հոդվածներում անընդհատ շահարկվում է այն հանգամանքը, որ 2008 թվականին ՀՀԿ կուսակցության հետ իշխանական կոալիցիա կազմած ԲՀԿ կուսակցությունը որևէ հայտարարությամբ հանդես չի եկել՝ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին առաջադրված մեղադրանքի և մարտի մեկի դեպքերի մասին։ Նման մտքեր արտահայտած խմբագիրների գիտակից լինելու և իրենց գործին տիրապետելու մասին անմիջապես կասկածներ են ծնվում, երբ լրատվական դաշտը ողողված է ԲՀԿ խմբակցության մի քանի պատգամավորների՝ թեմայի վերաբերյալ հարցազրույցներով։ ԲՀԿ պատգամավորներ՝ Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանն ու Սերգեյ Բագրատյանն այս թեմային անդրադառնալով, նշել են, որ իրենք հարցը իրավական դաշտից քաղաքական դաշտ տեղափոխելու իրավունք չունեն և ԲՀԿ կուսակցությունը մարտի մեկի դեպքերի հետ որևէ կապ ունենալ չի կարող։

Ցինիզմ արտահայտող մի շարք հոդվածների հեղինակներին, ովքեր վերջին ժամանակներում անասելի «պատասխանատվությամբ» փորձում են ԲՀԿ խմբակցության բարի անունը ստվերել՝ կարելի է ուղղակի հարցնել. Էլ ինչպե՞ս պիտի ԲՀԿ խմբակցությունը հայտարարությամբ հանդես գա և ի՞նչ իրավունքով են կատարվում անհիմն ենթադրություններն ու դրանք սեփական շահերի համար հրամցնում ընթերցողին։

Գործի քննության իրավունք ունեն միայն իրավապահ մարմինները, իսկ ԲՀԿ-ի զուսպ դիրքորոշմանը պետք չէ պիտակ կպցնել։
