Փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Միացյալ Թագավորության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ջուդիթ Ֆարնուորթին: 

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը, ողջունելով դեսպանին, կարևորել է հայ-բրիտանական համագործակցության շարունակական ընդլայնումն ու բարձր գնահատել Հայաստանի համար բրիտանական բիզնեսի և մշակութային բաղադրիչների առկայությունը:

Մհեր Գրիգորյանը բրիտանական կազմակերպությունների գործունեությունը Հայաստանում համարել է ոչ միայն օտարերկրյա ներդրում, այլև կառավարության համար ընդունելի բիզնես միջավայր ու կանոններ ձևավորող գործոն: Փոխվարչապետի համոզմամբ՝ թափանցիկության մշակույթը, սոցիալական պատասխանատվության բաղադրիչը բիզնեսում և ընդհանրապես ճիշտ և արդար գործառնությունը շատ դեպքերում հնարավոր է լինում լիարժեք հասկանալ ոչ թե տեսություններից, այլ որակյալ գործընկերների հետ համագործակցությունից: Մհեր Գրիգորյանն ընդգծել է, որ մեկ ճիշտ ինստիտուցիոնալ ներդրողն իր շուրջ ձևավորում է բազմաթիվ դրական երևույթներ, ինչով նաև նպաստում է պետության ճիշտ գործառույթների ձևավորմանը:

Փոխվարչապետը նշել է, որ կառավարության համար միշտ կարևոր է լինելու ոչ թե ուղղակի ֆինանսների, այլ որակյալ կապիտալի ներգրավումը: Փոխվարչապետը շեշտել է, որ կառավարությունը դնում է հստակ առաջնային խնդիր, որ բիզնեսները պետք է ունենան կորպորատիվ կառավարման ներքին գործուն կանոններ, պետք է դառնան թափանցիկ և ձգտեն մասնակցությանը հրապարակային կապիտալի շուկաներին:

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության և ջերմ խոսքերի համար՝ դեսպան Ֆարնուորթը ներկայացրել է փոխվարչապետին երկու երկրների միջև բիզնես կապերը խթանելու և Հայաստանի բիզնես միջավայրը բարելավելու ուղղությամբ դեսպանության կողմից իրականացվող մի շարք ծրագրեր: Միացյալ Թագավորության դեսպանը նշել է, որ իրենք մի կողմից աջակցում են Հայաստանում բարեփոխումների իրականացմանը, մյուս կողմից ներկայացնում բրիտանական ներդրողներին Հայաստանում բիզնես ծավալելու հնարավորություններն ու ռիսկերը: 

Հանդիպմանը զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձել են Հայաստանում բրիտանական կազմակերպությունների գործունեությանը, խոսել ֆինանսա-տնտեսական ոլորտում հայ-բրիտանական հարաբերությունների զարգացման առկա ներուժի և հնարավորությունների մասին:
