Յուրի Խաչատուրովը պարտավորվել է ներկայանալ ՀՔԾ քննչական գործողությունների մասնակցելու հրավեր ստանալու դեպքում

Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը թույլատրել է Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովին բացակայել երկրից, սակայն նա պարտավոր կլինի հարցաքննության կամ քննչական գործողության մասնակցելու հրավեր ստանալու դեպքում ներկայանալ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմին: Այս մասին հայտնեց  Յուրի Խաչատուրովի պաշտպան Միհրան Պողոսյանը:

«Վարույթը իրականացնող մարմինը որևէ արգելք և խոչընդոտ չի տեսնում, որպեսզի Յուրի Խաչատուրովը գտնվի այլ վայրում: Միևնույն ժամանակ, Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունից հայտնել են, որ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը պարտավոր է օրենքով սահմանված կարգով հարցաքննության կամ քննչական այլ գործողության մասնակցելու հրավեր ստանալու դեպքում ներկայանալ վարույթը իրականացնող մարմին, ինչի մասին մենք մեր միջնորդության մեջ ասել էինք և պարտավորվել էինք այդ դեպքում ներկայանալ վարույթը իրականացնող մարմին»,- ասաց Պողոսյանը:

Միհրան Պողոսյանը նաև հայտնեց, որ Յուրի Խաչատուրովն այս պահին Հայաստանում է: «Չեմ կարծում, որ նա հույժ գաղտնի պայմաններում դուրս կգա Հայաստանից: Ամեն դեպքում, նրա գործունեությունը հրապարակային է: Եթե նա գտնվի ՀԱՊԿ մշտական տեղակայման վայրում, մենք էլ ձեր միջոցով հանրությանը կտեղեկացնենք, որ նա բացակայում է Հայաստանից և գտնվում է ՀԱՊԿ մշտական տեղակայման վայրում՝ Մոսկվայում»,- նշեց փաստաբանը:

ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 300.1 հոդվածով՝ սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելը: Յուրի Խաչատուրովի նկատմամբ կիրառվել է այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոց՝ գրավ:
