ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության մարդու դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների քննության վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվում են Կարբի համայնքում տեղի ունեցած զինված միջադեպի հանգամանքները. մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 4 անձի:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, 2018թ. մայիսի 27-ին՝ ժամը 22:30-ի սահմաններում, Արագածոտնի մարզի Կարբի համայնքում՝ համայնքապետարանին հարակից տարածքում, մի խումբ անձանց միջև տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն, որը վերածվել է ծեծկռտուքի, կիրառվել հրազեն, առանձին մասնակիցների կողմից օգտագործվել են նաև մահակներ, կտրող-ծակող գործիք։ Միջադեպի ժամանակ տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ են ստացել 6 անձ, որոնցից 2-ը՝ ծանր, 2-ը՝ միջին ծանրության, 2-ը՝ թեթև։

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 6-րդ կետերով, 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 258-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով, որով նախաքննությունը շարունակվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության մարդու դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների քննության վարչությունում:

Ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել վիճաբանության շարժառիթի， մասնակից անձանց ինքնության վերաբերյալ, որոնց գործողություններն անհատականացվում են։

Մասնավորապես պարզվել է հրազեն կիրառած, դանակ գործադրած, որպես զենք օգտագործվող առարկաների գործադրմամբ խուլիգանություն առերևույթ կատարած 4 անձի ինքնություն, որոնցից մեկին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 6-րդ կետերով, 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Վերջինիս մասնակցությամբ կատարված քննչական գործողության արդյունքում Օհանավան գյուղի գերեզմանատան տարածքից հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է նաև հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացած ինքնաձիգը։

Մյուսին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 258-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով, ևս երկուսին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով։ 4 մեղադրյալներից երեքի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, կատարվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումներ՝ միջադեպի բոլոր մասնակիցներին հայտնաբերելու և նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի գործողություններին համարժեք քրեաիրավական գնահատական տալու ուղղությամբ։
