ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեում այսօր տեղի է ունեցել աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն՝ ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահ Հայկ Գրիգորյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Խորհրդակցությանը ներկա են գտնվել Քննչական կոմիտեի կառուցվածքային և տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարները և նրանց տեղակալները։

Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտից: ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահն անդրադարձել է կազմակերպչական բնույթի հիմնախնդիրներին, աշխատանքային ու կատարողական կարգապահությանը։ 

Ընդգծելով կոռուպցիոն դրսևորումների նկատմամբ անզիջում պայքարի հրամայականը՝ Հայկ Գրիգորյանն այդ համատեքստում կարևորել է քննիչների բարեխիղճ, սրտացավ և պատասխանատու վերաբերմունքն իրենց աշխատանքային պարտականությունների կատարման նկատմամբ։

«Ոչ մի հանդուրժողականություն չի լինելու կոռուպցիոն երևույթների նկատմամբ, և շատ կարևոր է յուրաքանչյուր քննիչի ջանասիրությունն իր վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործերի նկատմամբ, վարքագիծն ու կեցվածքը՝ ընդհանրապես»,- ասել է ՔԿ նախագահը և կարևորել յուրաքանչյուր գործով քաղաքացիների հետ տարվող աշխատանքները:

«Քննիչների որոշումները պետք է ոչ միայն դատավարական առումով լինեն հիմնավորված ու փաստարկված, այլ նաև բացատրելի, հասկանալի։ Շատ հաճախ վստահ լինելով ձեր որոշումների հիմնավորվածության վրա՝ պատշաճ չեք արժևորում քաղաքացիների մոտ առաջացած հարցերը, ժամանակին չեք տալիս պարզաբանումներ, հանրամատչելի ներկայացնում իրավական դիրքորոշումը, որի հետևանքով քաղաքացու մոտ խորանում ու արմատավորվում են այս կամ այն որոշման օբյեկտիվության վերաբերյալ կասկածները»,- ասել է ՔԿ նախագահը` հանձնարարելով մարզային քննչական վարչությունների պետերին շաբաթը մեկ անգամ կազմակերպել քաղաքացիների ընդունելություն։

Հ.Գրիգորյանը փաստել է, որ տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարներն անմիջական պատասխանատվություն են կրում նախաքննության արդյունավետ կազմակերպման համար և տվել կոնկրետ հանձնարարականներ՝ մասնագիտական վարքագծի կանոնների պահպանման, աշխատանքային կարգապահությունը բարձրացնելու ուղղությամբ։
