Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանը կարծում է, որ ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպանների բողոքը՝ խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը փոխելը, պետք է մերժվի, սա ելնում է գործի շահերից: Այս մասին Հանրային ՀԸ եթերում ասաց Սասուն Խաչատրյանը: Վերջինս գտնում է, որ երկրորդ նախագահն, ազատության մեջ գտնվելով, կարող է խոչընդոտել գործի քննությանը՝ հաշվի առնելով պաշտոնական դիրքը:

Նա հիշեցրեց, որ ավելի վաղ էր Ռ. Քոչարյանը հարցաքննության հրավիրվել որպես վկա: «Բայց քրեական գործի վարույթը ինչ-որ ստատիկ վիճակ չէ, պրոցես է, որոշակի պրոցեսներ են իրականանում, ամեն պահին հավաքվում են ապացույցներ, մեծ քննչական խումբ է աշխատում: Անձը մի ժամ առաջ կարող է լինել վկա, մեկ ժամ հետո՝ ապացույցների հիման վրա, գանք համոզման, որ առկա է համակցությունը, որ կարող է հիմք հանդիսանալ անձին մեղադրելու համար»,-ասաց նա:

Վերջինս ընդգծեց, որ Ռ. Քոչարյանը, որպես մեղադրյալ, հրաժարվել է ցուցմունք տալուց, չի մասնակցել այլ քննչական գործողությունների:

Ինչ վերաբերում է պաշտոնաթող նախագահի անձեռնմխելիությանը, ապա նա ասաց, որ չի կարող լինել բացարձակ անձեռնմխելիություն:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Հայաստանի երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպանները Վերաքննիչ դատարանում բողոք են ներկայացրել: Փաստաբանները Վերաքննիչ դատարանում բողոքարկել են Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու վերաբերյալ առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշումը:

Պաշտպաններից Արամ Օրբելյանը Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում նաև ընդգծել էր, որ դիմումի հետ ներկայացրել է պատգամավորների ստորագրությունները՝ Քոչարյանին ազատ արձակելու պահանջով։

Նշենք, որ «Մարտի 1»-ի գործի շրջանակում Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում վկայի կարգավիճակով հարցաքննությունից հետո Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 300.1-ին հոդվածի 1-ին մասով՝ այլ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելը։ ՀՔԾ-ն միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարան` Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու համար:

Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշմամբ կալանավորված է: Նա մեղադրանքը չի ընդունում:
