Կոտայքի նոր մարզպետը արդեն հասցրել է աչքի ընկնել բոլոր մյուս մարզպետների շարքում, սակայն ցավոք աչքի է ընկել ամենևին ոչ լավ առումով: Ըստ լուրերի աղանդավորական կազմակերպության անդամ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը մարզի գյուղապետերի հետ հարաբերություններում շանտաժն ու ահաբեկումն է դարձրել իր հիմնական մեթոդը:

 

Հարցերը բացառապես «չորով» լուծելու կողմնակից Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը իր նշանակումից ի վեր մի կողմ է դրել մարզի խնդիրները և զբաղվում է միայն գյուղապետերից «չորով» հրաժարական պահանջելու գործով՝ հակառակ պարագայում սպառնալով նրանց դատախազությամբ և ազգայաին անվտանգությունով:

Բացի հրաժարական պահանջելը մարզպետը նաև հորդորում է գյուղապետերից այդ ամենի մասին չխոսել այլ տեղերում, հակառակ պարագայում սպառնալով, որ նրանց «կնստցնի»: Իրեն իրավապահ մարմնի ֆունկցիաներ վերագրող և «նստցնող» մարզպետի այդ գործելաոճը արդեն դուրս է եկել մարզի սահմաններից և դարձել թերթերի և կայքերի ուսումնասիրության թեման:

Եվ չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ այս ամենի մասին վաղուց արդեն գրում և բարձրաձայնում են թերթերն ու կայքերը, մարզպետը անդրդվելի է և շարունակում է պահանջել գյուղապետերի հրաժարականները:

 

Սա բնականաբար ստեղծել է լարված մթնոլորտ ամբողջ մարզում, և արդեն հասցրել է հարուցել նաև մարզի բնակիչների դժգոհությունը: Այդ դժգոհությունը մի օր կարող է պայթել և վերածվել բողոքի հզոր ալիքի: Իսկ նորանշանակ մարզպետը, կարծում ենք, լավ գիտի, թե ժողովրդի հզոր բողոքի ալիքը ինչեր կարող է անել: Կոտայքի բնակիչները իրավունք ունեն բողոքել և իրենց մարզի ղեկավարից պահանջել վերջապես վերջ դնել ահաբեկմանն ու շանտաժին և զբաղվել մարզի չլուծված խնդիրներով:

Ի վերջո գյուղապետի պաշտոնը ընտրովի պաշտոն է և նրա հրաժարականը կարող են պահանջել միայն նրան քվե տված և ընտրած մարդիկ:
