Ծաղկաձորում տեղի ունեցավ «Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության ոլորտի հիմնախնդիրները» խորագրով երկօրյա սեմինար-դասընթաց, որի ընթացքում մասնագետները խոսեցին ոլորտի խնդիրների, դրանց լուծման ճանապարհների մասին:

ՀՀ ԿԵ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավար Գեորգի Ավետիսյանի խոսքով՝ ոլորտը մեծ է, աշխատելու շատ տեղ կա և հասարակությունն էլ պետք է ըմբռնումով մոտենա առկա խնդիրներին: «Հասարակության քննադատությունը կարևոր դերակատարում ունի մեր աշխատանքում, սակայն այն չպետք է բացասաբար անդրադառնա ոլորտի վրա»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ  ասաց Գեորգի Ավետիսյանը:

Նա նշեց նաև, որ ներկայումս լուծվել է վերիֆիկացմանը վերաբերող հարցը, և լաբորատոր մասով  խնդիրներ չկան: «Վերիֆիկացումը լաբորատոր մեթոդի տեղայնացումն է: Այսինքն տվյալ օբյեկտը պարտավոր է ապացուցել, որ ունի բոլոր ռեսուրսները, ինչպես նաև մեթոդն օգտագործելու հնարավորություն: Մեզ մինչև օգոստոսի 2-ը ժամանակ էր տրված և մենք լուծել ենք այդ խնդիրները: »,-ասաց Գեորգի Ավետիսյանը:

Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության և որակի հսկողության տեսչության պետ Վահե Դանիելյանն անդրադարձավ ԵԱՏՄ տեխնիկական կանոնակարգերին, տեղական արտադրողներին՝ նշելով, որ պետք է քաղաքացու գիտակցություն ներմուծենք սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տարրական կանոները:

«Բոլորն ուզում են, որ իրենց համար լավ լինի, արտադրանք տան: Ուզում են հին պիտակներն օգտագործել, ուզում են չստուգվել ու չտուգանվել եւ ունենան բարեկարգ ու առաջադեմ երկիր»:

Վահե Դանիելյանի հավաստմամբ՝ որևէ բան արտադրողը պետք է ծանոթանա ԵԱՏՄ կանոնակարգի պահանջներին ու փորձի հնարավորինս պահպանել այդ կանոնակարգը: «Հաց արտադրողը գոնե մեկ անգամ պետք է կարդա այդ կանոնակարգը, հասկանա իր գործառույթը, իրավունքները ու նոր ձեռնամուխ լինի գործի կատարմանը»,-ընդգծեց Վահե Դանիելյանը:

ՀՀ ԳԱԱ էկոլոգանոսֆերային կենտրոնի սննդի ռիսկերի գնահատման կենտրոնի ղեկավար Դավիթ Պիպոյանի խոսքով՝ այնքան կարևոր չէ, թե ինչպես է արտադրվում ինչ-որ բան, այլ ավելի կարևոր է, թե ինչպես է այն հասցվում սպառողին: «Օրինակ՝  հացի արտադրամասում ամեն ինչ իրականցվում է համապատասխան կարգով, բայց առաքիչը ինչ-որ ավտոմեքենայով այն հասցնում է վաճառակետ ու գրկելով տեղափոխում խանութ»,- հավելեց նա:
