Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում նշված են այն պատգամավորների անունները, որոնք ստորագրել են ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոց կալանքը փոփոխելու միջնորդության համար ներկայացված երաշխավորության տակ։ Հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է.

«ՀՀ 2-րդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոցը փոխելու վերաբերյալ՝ Գլխավոր դատախազին ուղղված միջնորդությունը ստորագրած «ՀՀԿ» խմբակցության պատգամավորների ինքնությունը պարզելու փորձերն առանձին լրատվամիջոցներում վերածվեցին անհարկի շահարկումների: Յուրաքանչյուր պատգամավոր ինքն է որոշում, թե երբ և ինչ պայմաններում հրապարակայնացնել իր՝ այս կամ այն հասարակական նշանակություն ունեցող փաստաթղթի տակ ստորագրելու փաստը:

Վերահաստատելով թե՛ մեր, թե՛ ՀՀ 2-րդ նախագահի գրասենյակի ներկայացուցիչների կողմից արված այն հայտարարությունը, որ նշված ցուցակն իրենից որևէ գաղտնիք չի ներկայացնում՝ այժմ հրապարակում ենք «ՀՀԿ» խմբակցության կողմից ստորագրած պատգամավորների անունները՝
