Կեղծ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության հեղինակները պետք է իրավապահների կողմից ենթարկվեն պատասխանատվության, այլ ոչ թե մեկ ուրիշի անհիմն կալանավորման պատճառը դառնան։ Ես կարծում էի, որ նոր իրավիճակում նման բանն այլևս բացառվում է, բայց մի տեսանյութ ինձ հակառակում համոզեց:

Երեկ համացանցում մի տեսանյութ դիտեցի, որը փաստերով հիմնավորում էր, որ Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովին մարմնական վնասվածքներ հասցնելու կեղծ մեղադրանքով տևական ժամանակ կալանքի տակ գտնվող Էդուարդ Բաբայանը իրականում որևէ կապ չունի կատարվածի հետ։ Տեսանյութից պարզ դարձավ, որ դատաբժշկական կեղծ փորձաքննությունը հիմք ընդունելով՝ դատարանը մերժում է Բաբայանին կալանքից ազատելու բոլոր միջնորդությունները և դրանով ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում՝ իրավապահ համակարգում դեռ արդարության խնդիր կա ։ 

Ըստ դատաբժշկական կեղծ փորձաքննության՝ Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովը հարվածների արդյունքում ստացել է ուղեղի ցնցում, բաղմաթիվ սալջարդեր, կոտրվել է կողոսկրը և ծակվել թոքը, բայց շատերը կհիշեն թե Հարությունովը ինչպես էր դեպքից ընդամենը երկու օր անց, թևերն ազատ շարժելով ու բարձր ձայնով հարցազրույց տալիս լրագրողներին՝ հերքելով իր հետ կատարվածում Բաբայանի մասնակցություն ու մեղավորությունը։ Համացանցում տարածված տեսանյութերը, որտեղ Հարությունովը ներկայացնում է եղելությունը, ավելի քան ապացուցում են, որ դատաբժշկական կեղծ եզրակացություն է ներկայացված և Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովը չունի մարմնական որևէ վնասվածք։ Նույնիսկ նրա դեմքի վրա ենթադրյալ դեպքից ընդամենը երկու օր հետո չկար որևէ բիծ կամ քերծվածք:

Երկու օր առաջ լրագրողներին տված ասուլիսում Հարությունովը մեկ այլ ուշագրավ տեղեկություն հայտնեց, որը բավական մտահոգիչ է անաչառ դատաիրավական համակարգ ունենալու առումով։ Հարությունովը ներկայացրեց, թե ինչպես է իր վրա քննչական մարմնում հոգեբանական ճնշում գործադրվել՝ ցանկալի ցուցմունք կորզելու համար։ Հարությունովին ցույց են տվել տեսանյութ, սպառնացել, որ ցանկալի ցուցմունք չստանալու դեպքում այն կհրապարարակվի և կդառնա լավագույն հաշվեհարդարը, ինչպես նաև նրան «խայտառակ կանի ազգի առաջ»։ 

Սա բնականաբար աններելի քայլ է և իրական փաստերը խեղաթյուրող անձիք պիտի անպայման պատասխանատվություն կրեն։

Հարությունովը հարցազրույցի ընթացքում նաև դիմեց ՀՀ վարչապետին՝ այս գործը իր ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահելու խնդրանքով, իր նկատմամբ կատարվող դեպքերի վերլուծության, կեղծհամապատասխան անձանց պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու ակնկալիքով, որի արդյունքը կլինի անարդարության վերականգնումը։
