 Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Գրիգորի Մարտիրոսյանը օգոստոսի 9-ին ընդունել է Երևանի Մեսրոպ Մաշտոցի անվան Մատենադարանի փոխտնօրեն Արմեն Մկրտչյանին և Մատենադարանի արցախյան մասնաճյուղի՝ «Գանձասար» գիտամշակութային կենտրոնի տնօրենի պաշտոնակատար Արամ Թորոսյանին:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարարի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, պետական նախարարը կարևորել է Երևանի Մատենադարանի հետ ստեղծված համագործակցությունը՝ նշելով, որ անհրաժեշտ է գործադրել բոլոր ջանքերը՝ Մարտակերտի շրջանի Վանք գյուղում գտնվող մասնաճյուղի միջոցով Արցախում զարգացնելու գիտական պոտենցիալը: Այս առումով նա բացառիկ է համարել ստեղծված հնարավորությունը և ընդգծել ԲՈՒՀ-երի հետ փոխգործակցված աշխատանքը՝ այդ հարցում հայտնելով կառավարության աջակցությունը: Գ. Մարտիրոսյանը ողջունելի է համարել նաև, որ կարճ ժամանակամիջոցում «Գանձասար» գիտամշակութային կենտրոնը արցախցիների, զբոսաշրջիկների և հյուրերի կողմից դարձել է ամենանախընտրելի այցելության վայրերից մեկը, և հույս հայտնել, որ տարեցտարի այն կհամալրվի նոր ձեռագրերով՝ դառնալով ավելի գրավիչ:

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության համար՝ Երևանի Մեսրոպ Մաշտոցի անվան Մատենադարանի փոխտնօրեն Արմեն Մկրտչյանը նշել է, որ Արցախի ձեռագրական հարուստ ժառանգությունը պարբերաբար ներկայացվում է «Գանձասար» գիտամշակութային կենտրոնում, ինչպես նաև կազմակերպում են գիտական կոնֆերանսներ՝ փորձելով ներգրավել օտարազգի մասնագետների: Նա նշել է, որ Երևանի Մատենադարանում ակտիվ ընթացքի մեջ է ձեռագիր մատյանների թվայնացման գործընթացը, և արդեն ստեղծված բազայից Արցախի մասնաճյուղում անվճար օգտվելու հնարավորություն ունեն արցախցի ուսանողներն ու դասախոսները:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում զրուցակիցները մտքեր են փոխանակել համագործակցության ծրագրերի հետագա ընդլայնմանն առնչվող մի շարք այլ հարցերի շուրջ:
