Հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտին վերաբերող տեղեկատվությունը հրապարակային դարձնելու, թափանցիկությունն ու հաշվետվողականությունն ապահովելու, վերահսկողության մեխանիզմներ ստեղծելու նպատակով ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարությունն իր պաշտոնական կայքէջում տեղադրում է Արդյունահանող ճյուղերի թափանցիկության նախաձեռնության (ԱՃԹՆ) ստանդարտով սահմանված ընդերքօգտագործման ոլորտում հրապարակման ենթակա տեղեկատվությունը:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, կայքէջում արդեն իսկ հրապարակվել է (http://minenergy.am/page/569) մետաղական օգտակար հանածոյի արդյունահանման,  ինչպես նաև մետաղական օգտակար հանածոյիարդյունահանման նպատակով ընդերքի երկրաբանական ուսումնասիրության մասովգործունեության վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը:

Հրապարակվել են նաև ընդերքօգտագործողի, պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի,  բնապահպանության նախարարության կողմից ներկայացվող, համայնքի ղեկավարի կողմից տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարությանը տրամադրվող հրապարակային հաշվետվությունների ձևերը, ինչպես նաև մետաղական օգտակար հանածոյի արդյունահանման նպատակով ընդերքօգտագործման պայմանագրերը. նախկինում կնքված պայմանագրերից 28-ն արդեն իսկ հասանելի են:

ԱՃԹՆ-ի ստանդարտի իրականացման շրջանակում ՀՀ-ն պարտավորվում է ներդնել թափանցիկության բարելավման հաշվետվողականության մեխանիզմներ, որի արդյունքում 2019 թվականին, անցնելով միջազգային վավերացման գործընթաց, կկարողանա ճանաչվել ԱՃԹՆ-ի չափորոշիչներին համապատասխանող երկիր:

Արդյունահանող ճյուղերի թափանցիկության նախաձեռնությունը բնական պաշարների բաց և հաշվետու կառավարումը խթանող միջազգային կազմակերպություն է, որին 2017 թվականի դրությամբ անդամակցում է 51 երկիր: 2015 թվականից ՀՀ-ն նախաձեռնել է ԱՃԹՆ-ին անդամակցելու գործընթաց: 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 28-ի դրությամբ՝ ՀՀ կառավարությունը պաշտոնապես ներկայացրել է թեկնածության հայտ, և 2017 թվականի մարտի 9-ի դրությամբ ԱՃԹՆ-ի թեկնածու երկիր է:
