ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհուրդը նոյեմբերի 12-ին արտակարգ հանդիպում կանցկացնի Ուկրաինայի իրադրության շուրջ: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ՏԱՍՍ-ին հայտնել են Ավստրալիայի մշտական ներկայացուցչությունում, որը նոյեմբերին նախագահում է ԱԽ-ում: «Հանդիպումը նշանակված է Երևանի ժամանակով ժամը 23:30-ին: Ուկրաինայում տեղի ունեցած վերջին իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ հաշվետվությամբ հանդես կգան ՄԱԿ-ի քարտուղարության ներկայացուցիչները»,- ասել է Ավստրալիայի դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչության մամուլի կցորդ Չելսի Մարտինը: Նա հավաստել է, որ նիստը կանցկացվի բաց ռեժիմով: Անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամ 15 երկրներից բացի, դրան հրավիրված է նաև ՄԱԿ-ին առընթեր Ուկրաինայի մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Յուրի Սերգեևը: ՏԱՍՍ-ը նշում է, որ հանդիպմանը կքննարկվեն Ուկրաինայի արևելքում տեղի ունեցած վերջին իրադարձությունները, որտեղ շարունակվում են գնդակոծումները, չնայած Մինսկի համաձայնությունների ստորագրմանը, որոնք հրադադարի ռեժիմ են նախատեսում: Ինչպես հաղորդել է Ուկրաինայի նախագահի մամուլի ծառայությունը, Պյոտր Պորոշենկոն Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելի հետ կայացած հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում հայտարարել է, որ Դոնբասի վերջին իրադարձությունները նշանակում են փաստական հրաժարում Մինսկի պայմանավորվածություններից: «Պորոշենկոն նշել է, որ վերջին իրադարձությունները վկայում են Մինսկի պայմանավորվածությունների կատարումից այսպես կոչված ԼԺՀ-ի և ԴԺՀ-ի ներկայացուցիչների փաստական հրաժարման, ինչպես նաև Ռուսաստանի կողմից այդ պայմանավորվածությունների կատարման հարցում առաջընթացի բացակայության մասին»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ: Ըստ ՌԻԱ «Նովոստիի» հաղորդման՝ Մերկելն իր հերթին նշել է, որ Մինսկի համաձայնությունները պետք է պահպանվեն, և Ուկրաինայի իրադրությունը կդառնա G20-ի գագաթնաժողովի հիմնական թեմաներից մեկը, որը նոյեմբերի 15-16-ին տեղի կունենա ավստրալական Բրիսբենում: Նաև քննարկվել են Դոնբասի բնակիչներին հումանիտար օգնություն ցուցաբերելու և էներգետիկական անվտանգության հարցերը:
