ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկվում են մեծածավալ քննչական գործողություններ՝ սոցիալական աջակցության Շենգավիթի տարածքային գործակալությունում արձանագրված չարաշահումների դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, դրանց առնչություն ունեցած անձանց իրական շրջանակը պարզելու ուղղությամբ. Որպես մեղադրյալ է ներգրավվել 8 անձ և մեկ անձ՝ ձերբակալվել:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, քաղաքացիներից ստացված հաղորդումների հիման վրա նախապատրաստված նյութերի արդյունքում տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել՝ սոցիալական աջակցության Շենգավիթի տարածքային գործակալությունում տեղի ունեցած չարաշահումների վերաբերյալ: Պարզվել է, որ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը քաղաքացիներից ապօրինի կերպով գումար է վերցրել՝ վերջիններիս օգտին սոցիալական աջակցության ծրագրի շրջանակներում գործողություններ կատարելու համար:

Դեպքերի առթիվ հարուցվել է 11 քրեական գործ, որոնք միացվել են մեկ վարույթում, և ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում քննություն է տարվում՝ պարզելու դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները:

Իրականացված անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանցից 9-ի ինքնությունը և նրանցից 8-ը ներգրավվել է որպես մեղադրյալ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 312.1-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:

Բազմակողմանի քննության արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել դեպքին՝ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի սոցիալական աջակցության գործակալության Շենգավիթի տարածքային գործակալության նախկին մասնագետ, իսկ ներկա պահին տվյալ գործակալության պետի առնչության վերաբերյալ: Վերջինս ձերբակալվել է: Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքովսահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
