Սիրո և հանդուրժողականության հեղափոխությունը շատ բաներ է փոխել Հայաստանի թե ներքին, և թե արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ: Մեր ազգը ունեցել է բազմաթիվ սև կետեր իր պատմության մեջ, և հիմա ուղղակի պարտավոր է լավ և բարեկեցիկ կյանք ունենալ: 

Ինչևէ, բայց պետք է ցավով արձանագրել այն փաստը, որ ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վ. Օսիպյանը սկսել է կրկնել իր նախկինների սխալները: Հավաստի աղբյուրներից տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ Օսիպյանը նախկին իշխանություններից ժառանգելով Ք-Ծ-Բ (Քավոր, Ծանոթ, Բարեկամ) «պրինցիպը», ամտոմեքենաների ապահովագրման (ԱՊՊԱ) լիազորությունները, վերցնելով նախկին ոստիկանապետի վարորդ Արշակից տվել է իր բաջանաղին: 

Ինչո՞ւմն է պատճառը, որ Օսիպյանը գնացել է այդ քայլին, վտանգելով Հայաստանի ներքին քաղաքական ստաբիլությունը և շատ հնարավոր է օրինակ ծառայելով ուրիշներին: Միգուցե պատճառը կայանում է նրանում, որ Օսիպյանը նախկին իշխանությունների ժամանակ նույնպես եղել է այդ ամբողջ իրադարձությունների կենտրոնում և հիմա ուղղակիորեն չի կարողանում մոռանալ արատավոր ռեֆլեքսները: Համենային դեպս այդ ամենը կարող է շատ մեծ վտանգ հասցնել Հայաստանին, քանզի որոշ պետական աշխատակիցներ նկատելով Վալերի Օսիպյանի քայլը և տեսնելով, որ այդ քայլը մնաց անպատիժ, կսկսեն վարվել նույն կերպ: 

Այս ամենը կարող է շատ վտանգավոր ավարտ ունենալ: Ինչևէ , միակ բանը, որ ներկայիս դրությամբ հնարավոր է անել , դա հույս ունենալն է , որ Վալերի Օսիպյանը վերջ ի վերջո կընկրկի, հակառակ դեպքում անդառնալի հետևանքները հենց իր անձի հետ կապված կարող են հետագայում շատ ցավոտ լինել իր համար:
