ՀՀ ոստիկանությունն այսուհետ որդեգրել է առավել բաց, հրապարակային և թափանցիկ գործելաոճ:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետին կից հասարակական խորհրդի անդրանիկ նիստի ժամանակ հայտարարեց խորհրդի նախագահ, ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանը:

«Այսուհետ ոստիկանության գործունեության հիմնական և կոնցեպտուալ ուղղություններին առնչվող բոլոր կարևորագույն որոշումերը մենք ընդունելու ենք միասին՝ հանրային քննարկումների, վերլուծությունների և մեր քննարկումների արդյունքում»,- նշեց Օսիպյանը՝ դիմելով հասարակական խորհրդի անդամներին, ովքեր հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ են:

Ոստիկանապետի խոսքով՝ նոր քաղաքական իրողության պայմաններում քաղաքացիներն այլևս չեն խուսափում դիմել ոստիկանություն:

«2018 թվականի երրորդ եռամսյակում ոստիկանության ստորաբաժանումների ստացված հաղորդումների թիվը՝ համեմատելով առաջին եռամսյակի հետ, աճել է 12 հազար 578-ով: Առաջին եռամսյակում արձանագրվել է 33 հազար 753 հաղորդում: Այս աճը ոչ թե հանցավորության թվի աճի հետ է կապված, այլ մեր օգնությանը դիմելու ցուցանիշն է: Համանման պատկեր է ձևավորվել նաև ոստիկանությունում ստացված դիմում-բողոքների ուղղությամբ: Նույն ժամանակահատվածում դրանց թիվն աճել է 44.1 տոկոսով՝ առաջին կիսամյակի հետ համեմատությամբ»,- ասաց Օսիպյանը և հիշեցրեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունը, որ այսօր մենք ապրում ենք իրավապահ մարմինների և հասարակության մերձեցման ու հաշտեցման պատմական ժամանակաշրջան:

Նա հավաստիացրեց, որ ՀՀ ոստիկանապետին կից ՀԽ-ն պահանջված է և ստեղծվել է ժամանակին:

Եզրափակելով խոսքը՝ Վալերի Օսիպյանը հրապարակեց ՀԽ անդամների ցանկը և հանդիսավոր կերպով նրանց հանձնեց խորհրդի անդամության վկայականներ:

ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետին կից հասարակական խորհուրդը կազմալուծվել էր և կրկին ձևավորվել է ավելի քան 7 տարի դադարից հետո: Կարևորվել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության գործունեության ոլորտում պետական քաղաքականության հիմնական ուղղությունների մշակմանը և այդ ուղղություններով որոշումների ընդունմանը հասարակությանը մասնակից դարձնելու անհրաժեշտությունը, գերակա համարելով հասարակություն-ոստիկանություն կապի ամրապնդումը, ոստիկանության գործունեության նկատմամբ հասարակական վերահսկողություն սահմանելու, ինչպես նաև ոստիկանության գործունեության լայն հրապարակայնությունն ապահովելու նպատակով:
