Ահազանգ Պալաչի հերթական հանցանքի մասին

Ասանեթ Լալայանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Նախկինում գործող «Քինգ Դելյուքս» ընկերության սեփականատեր Արթուր Հարությունյանը՝ նույն ինքը Պալաչը, վերադարձել է Հայաստան և որոշել է դատի տալ Ծառուկյանի բարեգործական հիմնադրամին՝ իր տրանսպորտային ընկերությունները՝ «Քինգ Դելյուքսը» և «Տրանս Կոմֆորտը», անվճար բարեգործական երթուղներ սպասարկելու պատճառով միտումնավոր սնանկացման տանելու համար։ Այս մեղադրանքները որքան որ ծիծաղելի են հնչում, նույնքան էլ անհեթեթ են իրավական տեսանկյունից, քանի որ որևէ հիմք չունեն։ Բայց արի ու տես, որ արդեն փրփուրներից կառչող Պալաչի հանցանքներն ու տարիներ շարունակ էժանագին շառլատանի նման բոլորին խաբող֊թռնողի արարքները մեկ առ մեկ սկսում են բացահայտվել։ Հերթական ահազանգը, որը միանշանակ կարելի է համարել հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում, արել է այսօր «Տրանս Կոմֆորտ» ընկերության նախկին սեփականատեր Արմեն Բաղդասարյանը, ով Պալաչի նախկին մտերիմ ընկերն էր, և ով տեսնելով մամուլում շրջանառվող ցնդաբանությունները, հրապարակավ ներկայացրել է իրականությունը։
Նա պատմել է, թե ինչպես է տարիներ առաջ իր ընկեր Արթուր Հարությունյանն իրեն համոզել, որ Բաղդասարյանը Պալաչի անունով որպես նվիրատվություն գրանցի իրեն պատկանող գույքն ու ընկռրությունը, որի արժեքը կազմել է 1 միլիոն 200 հազար դոլար։
Հենց 2013 թվականին, վստահելով ընկերոջը՝ Բաղդասարյանը նոտարական պայմաններով նվիրատվություն է կատարում և մի գեղեցիկ օր Պալաչը նրան ասում է, որ Բաղդասարյանն այլևս ոչ մի իրավասություն չունի «Տրանս Կոմֆորտի» նկատմամբ։ Պարզապես անևրևակայելի է, թե որքան անողնաշար ու միայն անձնական շաի մասին մտածող սողուն պետք է լինի մարդ, որ նման կերպ վարվի ընլերոջ ու նրա վստահոիթյան հանդեպ։ 
Ինչպես պնդում է Բաղդասարյանը, հենց այդ չարաբաստիկ 2013֊ից ի վեր Պալաչը ոչ մի հարկային վճարումներ չի կատարել՝ ընկերությունները միտումնավոր կերպով տանելով սնանկացման։ Բաղդասարյանը ևս փաստում է, որ ստցված շահուկթը Պալաչը վատնել է անձնական հաճույքների, ուղևորությունների, և շքեղեքենաների վրա, և իրենից բացի այլ մեղավորներ որոնելը պարզապես մանկամիտ հիմարի արարք է։
Եվ այսպես քանի֊քանի ընկերոջ է «քցել» Պալաչը, կուսումնասիրեն ու կհասկանան իրավապահները, բայց փաստ է, որ նրա քառասուն օր կարծես թե լրանում է։
