Ժամը 07։50-ի սահմաններում «Նաիրի» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «կրծքավանդակի, որովայնի առաջնային պատի կտրած-ծակած վերք, գլխի պատռած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի։

Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ վիրավորը Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի Սունդուկյան փողոցի բնակիչ՝ 25-ամյա Սարգիս Հովսեփյանն է, ով, ըստ բժշկի հայտարարության, ի վիճակի չէ կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալ։

Միեւնույն ժամանակ ահազանգ է ստացվում, որ Բաղրամյան պողոտայում՝ «ՍԱՍ» սուպերմարկետի հարևանությամբ, վթարված Lexus մակնիշի 35 ՏC 248 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենա կա։ Տեղեկությունը ՃՈ օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնից փոխանցվում է Արաբկիրի բաժին, ու դեպքի վայր ժամանած Արաբկիրի ոստիկանները բաժնի պետ Ա. Վաթյանի գլխավորությամբ պարզում են, որ նշված ավտոմեքենան կապ ունի «Նաիրի» բժշկական կենտրոն տեղափոխված Ս. Հովսեփյանին մարմնական վնասվածքներ պատճառելու դեպքի հետ։ Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ Արաբկիրի ոստիկանները պարզել են նաև, որ վթարից հետո Lexus-ի միջից վարորդն ու ուղևորը դուրս են գալիս և մեքենան թողնելով վթարված վիճակում՝ դիմում են փախուստի։
