«Պարգևիր ժպիտ» նախաձեռնությունը Այգաբաց եւ Նոր Ախուրյան համայնքների առաջին դասարանցիներին գրենական պիտույքներ է նվիրել

Նոր  ուսումնական տարվան ընդառաջ  «Պարգևիր ժպիտ» նախաձեռնության շրջանակներում, օգոստոսի 26-ին   դպրոցական պայուսակներ  ու գրենական պիտույքներ  բաժանվեցին Շիրակի մարզի Այգաբաց և Նոր  Ախուրյան համայնքների առաջին դասարանցիներին: Ինչպես տեղեկացրեց նախաձեռնության հիմնադիր նախագահ Նաիրա Գրիգորյանը, գրենական պիտույքներ ու պայուսակներ  տրամադրում են 2 համայնքների   առաջին դասարանցիներին: Երեխաներին ու նրանց ընտանիքի  անդամներին կտրամադրվի նաև  հագուստ:

«Ամեն տարի «Քաղաքացիական մասնակցության զարգացման կենտրոն»  հասարակական կազմակերպությունն աջակցում է  մեզ, նախաձեռնության կողքին է նաև «Ռուսսոտրուդնիչեսվո»-ն: Մի քանի օրից վերջինիս  հետ համագործակցության արդյունքում նոր երեխաներ  կստանան դպրոցական պարագաներ»,-նշեց Նաիրա  Գրիգորյանը՝  տեղեկացնելով, որ նախաձեռնության շրջանակում տարաբնույթ  օգնություն տրամադրվում է հիմնականում սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիքների երեխաներին, բայց այս անգամ շահառուները տվյալ  համայքների  առաջին դասարանցիներն էին՝  անկախ սոցիալական պայմաններից:

«Նախաձեռնությունը շարունակական է լինելու: Հոկտեմբերին տրամադրվելու  է սնունդ, դեղորայք  և կոմունալ ծախսերի փոխհատուցում :  Կա  նաև  սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիքների ուսանողների վարձի  վճարման նախաձեռնություն»:

«Քաղաքացիական մասնակցության զարգացման կենտրոն» հասարակական կազմակերպության հիմնադիր նախագահ Մերի Մարգարյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ  կազմակերպությունը 2006 թվականից սկսած  իրականացնում է բարեգործական ակցիաներ հանուն երեխաների, իսկ 2010  թվականից սկսած բարեգործական ծրագրերն իրականացվում են «Պարգևիր ժպիտ»  խորագրի ներքո:

«Բացի այն, որ  սոցիալապես  անապահով ընտանիքներին տրամադրվում է  օգնություն, նախաձեռնությունն ունի նաև  իրազեկման բաղադրիչ. յուրաքանչյուր  երեխայի ներկայացվում է ինչպես իր իրավունքներն, այնպես էլ պարտականությունները:  Եթե լավատեսորն մոտենանք հարցին, կարծում եմ,  միմյանց օգնելով կկարողանաք  լուծել խնդիրներ: Բացի պետությունից, խնդիրներըը  պետք է մեղմեեն  քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչները»,-նշեց Մերի Մարգարյանը  հավելելով, որ այս անգամ խորհրդանշական է, որ կազմակերպության  «Պարգևիր ժպիտ»  խորագրի  ներքո  իրականացվող  ծրագիրը միացել է  «Պարգևիր ժպիտ»  նախաձեռնությանը:
