ՀՀ բնապահպանության և ընդերքի տեսչական մարմինը ներկայացրել է «Լիդիան Արմենիա»  ՓԲԸ-ում իրականացված ստուգման արդյունքներով տրամադրված հանձնարարությունների, առաջարկությունների և այլ գործողությունների վերաբերյալ ամփոփ տեղեկատվություն: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին բնապահպանության և ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի իրազեկման, խորհրդատվության և հանրության հետ տարվող աշխատանքների բաժնից,  ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությանն առաջարկվել է նոր ի հայտ եկած էկոլոգիական գործոնների հիման վրա ուժը կորցրած ճանաչել ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարի կողմից 29.04.2016թ. հաստատված թիվ ԲՓ-35 պետական փորձաքննական եզրակացությունը:

Բնապահպանության նախարարությանն առաջարկվել է «Լիդիան Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ին հանձնարարել ձեռնպահ մնալ Ամուլսարի հանքավայրում ընդերքօգտագործման հետ կապվածորևէ գործողություն կատարելուց մինչև ՀՀ բնապահպանության և ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնիառաջարկության հիման վրա լիազոր մարմնի կողմից նոր փորձաքննության իրականացումն ուդրա արդյունքներով փորձաքննական եզրակացության ընդունումը:

Տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարը դիմել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին՝ «Լիդիան Արմենիա» ՓԲԸկողմից առանց ընդերքօգտագործման իրավունքի լեռնային զանգված արդյունահանելու փաստիկապակցությամբ՝ տվյալ արարքում հանցակազմի առկայությունը պարզելու և սահմանվածկարգով ընթացք տալու համար: 
«Եղեգնաձոր ՋՕ» ընկերության նկատմամբ հարուցվել է վարչական վարույթ՝ Կեչուտ-Զառիթափոռոգման ջրագծից «Լիդիան Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ին արտադրական նպատակներովջրամատակարարման իրավաչափությունը պարզելու համար: Խոշորացված Ջերմուկ քաղաքիհամայնքապետարանի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է վարչական վարույթ՝ Գնդեվազի գյուղապետիկողմից «Լիդիան Արմենիա» ՓԲ ընկերությանը Գնդեվազ համայնքի «Յոթ աղբյուր-Գնդեվազ»ջրատարից ջրի օգտագործման համար, ինչպես նաև շինարարության փուլում ոչ ստատիկջարդիչ կայանների տեղադրման համար թույլտվություն տրամադրելու իրավաչափությունըպարզելու նպատակով:     

ՀՀ վարչապետին ներկայացվել է զեկուցագիր՝ որպես կապալառու ընկերություններ Ամուլսարումշինարարական աշխատանքներ կատարած ընկերություններում տեսչական ստուգումներիրականացնելու վերաբերյալ:
