Անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի արտադրությամբ զբաղվող իսրայելական Aeronautics Defense Systems ընկերության պաշտոնյաներին կարող է մեղադրանք առաջադրվել Ադրբեջանի պահանջով  հարվածային անօդաչու թռչող սարքերը  հայկական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ փորձարկելու համար: Այս մասին հայտնում է timesofisrael.com-ը:

Նշվում է, որ Իսրայելի պետական դատախազությունը հայտարարել է, որ Բաքվում ընկերության արտադրանքի ցուցադրության ժամանակ Ադրբեջանի պահանջով ԱԹՍ-ները հայկական դիրքերի վրա փորձարկելու համար Aeronautics Defense Systems ներկայացուցիչների վերաբերյալ եզրակացությունը գտնվում է լսումների փուլում:

Դատախազությունը հայտարարել է, որ մտադիր է լսումների ժամանակ մեղադրանք ներկայացնել անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր արտադրող ընկերության պաշտոնյաներին, ովքեր անցած տարի իրենց արտադրանքի փորձարկման ժամանակ Ադրբեջանի պահանջով փորձել են դրանք կիրառել հայկական դիրքերի վրա:

Իսրայելի պետական  դատախազության տնտեսական գործերով վարչություն են հրավիրվել Aeronautics Defense Systems ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ամոս Մաթանը, գլխավոր տնօրենի տեղակալ Մաիր Ռազմովիչը, զարգացման հարցերով տնօրեն Հաիմ Հիվաշարը և մարքեթինգի հարցերով տնօրեն Դևիդ Գոլդինը:

Դատախազության վերոնշյալ հայտարարությանը նախորդել է շուրջ մեկ տարի տևած հետաքննությունը, որը համատեղ անցկացրել են Իսրայելի ոստիկանության միջազգային հանցագործությունների հետաքննության ստորաբաժանումը, պաշտպանության նախարարության հետաքննական ստորաբաժանումը և դատախազությունը:

Հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է, որ ընկերության ներկայացուցիչները կասկածվում են խարդախության, ինչպես նաև պաշտպանական արտադրանքի արտահանման մասին օրենքի դրույթները խախտելու մեջ:

Ընկերության ներկայացուցիչները իրենց հերթին հայտարարել են, որ լսումների ժամանակ, երբ կներկայացնեն իրենց դիրքորոշումը, դատախազությունը կորոշի, որ ընկերության և նրա ներկայացուցիչների նկատմամբ մեղադրանք առաջադրելու որևէ հիմք չկա:

Իսրայելի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը Aeronautics Defense Systems ընկերությանը Ադրբեջանի կողմից ներկայացված դիմումի առնչությամբ հետաքննություն էր սկսել 2017թ. օգոստոսին: Ըստ դիմումի՝ Ադրբեջանը պահանջել է ընկերությունից գնվելիք Orbiter 1K անօդաչու թռչող սարքերը փորձարկել հայկական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ: Իսրայելի պաշտպանության նախարարությունում նման դիմումի առկայության մասին օգոստոսի 13-ին հաղորդել էր «Մաարիվ» թերթը: Այն ժամանակ էլ Aeronautics Defense Systems ընկերությունը կտրականապես հերքել էր, թե իր աշխատակիցները երբևէ նման փորձարկում են արել: Ընկերությունից հայտնել են, որ իրենք երբեք «անօդաչու սարքերի փորձարկումներ չեն իրականացնում կենդանի թիրախների վրա, ինչն այդպես է նաև այս դեպքի համար»:
