Գիտելիքի օրվան նվիրված մեծ տոնակատարության ժամանակ, որը կազմակերպվել էր Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հանդիպումների տան բակում և որին ներկա են գտնվել մոտ 1000 երեխա, լրագրողների հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ Ծառուկյանն ասաց, որ Սովետական ժամանակաշրջանի կրթական համակարգը շատ ավելի լավն էր, քան ներկայիս Բոլոնիայինը, որը կիրառվում է Հայստանում:

Կասկածից դուրս է այն հանգամանքը, որ Ծառուկյանի դիտարկումը առավել քան իրակատեսական է, քանի որ անգամ ԱՄՆ-ի նման հզոր պետությունն է առաջնորդվում տասնամյա կրթական համակարգով: Ինչևէ անգամ այս դեպքում գտնվել է դեգեներատ մի փաստաբան, ով «աչոկ» հավաքելու պատրվակով, փորձել է շահարկել Ծառուկյանի այդ տեսակետը: Խոսքը ինչ-որ անհայտ փաստաբան Մարատ Կոստանյանի մասին է, ով իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում էր գրառում կատարել այդ հարցի կապակցությամբ: Ակնհայտ է, որ այս փաստաբանիկն անգամ չի էլ խորացել, թե իրականում ինչի համար է ասվել դա, իրենից բան չներկայացնող Կոստանյանն ուղղակի ինքնահաստատման փուլում է դեռ, չնայած իր պատկառելի տարիքին: Ինչ ասես նման տհասին, ով ոչ միայն չի տարբերակում լավը վատից, դեռ մի հատ էլ փորձում է ցինիկանալ ու քննադատական խոսքեր հնչեցնել: Կարծում եմ այն մեկնաբանությունները, որոնք թողել են նույն ֆեյսբուքյան օգտատերերը Մարատի գրառումը արտատպած կայքերում, արդեն իսկ վառ ապացույցն են այն փաստի, որ մեղմ ասած մարատն ուղղակի «դուրս է տվել» առանց մտածելու, որովհետև հասարակական դժգոհության ալիքն այս դեպքում, ինդիկատորի դեր է կատարել և արտացոլել է Կոստանյանի քայլի ողջ համայնապատկերը, որոնք մեղմ ասած վիրավորական են հենց նույն փաստաբանի համար, եթե իհարկե դա նրա նմանին կարող է անհանգստություն պատճառել և ստիպել մտածել, ինչ-որ քայլ կատարելուց առաջ: Հուսանք ապագայում նման անտաղանդ ու չկայացած անձինք չեն փորձի հաստատվել այլոց հնչեցրած ճիշտը արտացոլող կարծիքները քննադատելով, հակառակ դեպքում նույն անբարեհունչ և հայհոյախառը արտայատությունները սպասվում են նաև նրանց:
