Երևանի Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արմեն Ուլիխանյանը դիմում է ներկայացրել իր լիազորությունները դադարեցնելու վերաբերյալ: Այս մասին «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում գրել է Ուլիխանյանը:

«Հարգելի երևանցիներ, Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի իմ սիրելի բնակիչներ.

Պատիվ եմ ունեցել 2012 թվականից ստանձնելու ինձ համար սիրելի Մասիվի՝ Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի լիազորությունը, որը կատարել եմ ամենայն պատասխանատվությամբ և մեծ սիրով։

Աշխատանքային յուրաքանչյուր օր գիտակցել եմ, որ ոչ միայն վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար եմ, այլև մարդ, ով ապրել ու մեծացել է Մասիվում, ընկերների ու հարազատների ջերմ միջավայրում։

Այսօր Նոր Նորքը մեր քաղաքացիներին և մայրաքաղաքի հյուրերին ներկայանում է կանաչապատ, լուսավոր, խնամված ու բարեկարգ: Այս աշխատանքները կատարել եմ մեր բնակիչների հետ սերտ համագործակցությամբ, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի, Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի աշխատակազմի իմ գործընկերների հետ համատեղ ջանքերով, որի համար շնորհակալ եմ յուրաքանչյուրին։

Սիրելի նորնորքեցիներ, որոշել եմ դիմում ներկայացնել՝ դադարեցնելու իմ լիազորությունները որպես վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար: Պատճառը հստակ է. առաջիկայում Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններն են, և ես նպատակահարմար եմ գտնում ազատել Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի պաշտոնը՝ հույս ունենալով, որ այն կզբաղեցնի մեր բնակիչների սերն ու հարգանքը վայելող, պատասխանատվության բարձր զգացումով անձ»,- գրել է Արմեն Ուլիխանյանը:
