Մանե Թանդիլյանը Բուլղարիայի գործընկերոջ հետ քննարկել է սոցիալական պաշտպանությանը և զբաղվածությանն առնչվող հարցեր

ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Մանե Թանդիլյանը սեպտեմբերի 4-ին ընդունել է  Բուլղարիայի Հանրապետության աշխատանքի և սոցիալական քաղաքականության նախարարի տեղակալ Զոռնիցա Ռուսինովային։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Հանդիպմանը մասնակցում էին նաև Հայաստանում Բուլղարիայի Հանրապետության դեսպանության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Մարիա Պավլովա Ցոցորկովան, դեսպանի խորհրդական Պետեր Շտերևը և ԱՍՀ նախարարի տեղակալ Արման Ուդումյանը։ Կողմերը քննարկել են սոցիալական պաշտպանության, երեխայի իրավունքներին և զբաղվածությանը առնչվող հարցեր, ինչպես նաև հստակեցրել «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Բուլղարիայի Հանրապետության  աշխատանքային միգրացիայի կարգավորման մասին» համաձայնագրի վավերացմանն առնչվող կետերը։ 2018 թ․ փետրվարի 12-ին ստորագրված համաձայնագրիը արդեն իսկ ներկայացվել է ՀՀ Ազգային ժողով՝ վավերացնելու նպատակով։

«Համոզված եմ` համաձայնագրի վավերացումը հետո էլ ավելի արդյունավետ ու առարկայական կդարձնի մեր գործընկերությունը և հիմք կստեղծի երկկողմանի ձևաչափով իրականացվող նոր ծրագրերի համար»,- նշել է նախարարը։

Հայաստանում Բուլղարիայի Հանրապետության դեսպան Մարիա Պավլովա Ցոցորկովան իր պատրաստակամությունն է հայտնել ամեն կերպ աջակցել այդ գործընկերությանը։

 «Ուրախ եմ արձանագրել, որ շատ ու շատ ոլորտներում Հայաստանը բարեփոխման ճանապարհ է բռնել։ Որոշ ոլորտներում մենք այդ ճանապարը սկսել ենք մի քանի տարի առաջ ու համոզված եմ, մեր փորձառությունը կօգնի խուսափել մի շարք սխալներից, իսկ մեր երկրների պատմամշակութային նմանությունը կհեշտացնի մեր հաջող պատմությունների տեղայնացումը Հայաստանում»,- ասել է Զոռնիցա Ռուսինովան։

Նախարարի տեղակալ Արման Ուդումյանը նշել է, որ Բուլղարիայի Հանրապետությունը, լինելով Եվրոպական Միությանը ոչ վաղ անցյալում միացած երկիր, իր փորձառությամբ կարող է նաև օգտակար լինել Հայաստանի՝ ԵՄ-ի հանձնառությունների իրականացման ժամանակացույցի և գործողությունների քարտեզի մշակման և իրականացման գործում։ 

Զոռնիցա Ռուսինովան հավաստիացրել է, որ իրենց նախարարությունը բաց է փորձի փոխանակման և աշխատանքային ակտիվ համագործակցության համար և ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատել իրենց նախարարության հրավերը՝ հյուրընկալելու գործընկերներին Բուլղարիայի Հանրապետությունում։

Հիշեցնենք, որ նախարարի տեղակալը Հայաստան է ժամանել սեպտեմբերի 4-5-ը անցկացվող «Հանուն ընտանիքների միասնության» միջազգային համաժողովին մասնակցելու նպատակով։ Երկօրյա միջոցառումը կազմակերպել է ՄԱԿ-ի Մանկական հիմնադրամը (ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ), Բուլղարիայի կառավարության աջակցությամբ և ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության հետ համագործակցությամբ։
