 Գործադիրը հավանություն տվեց «Բաժնետիրական ընկերությունների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին», «Սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերությունների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություն և լրացում կատարելու մասին» և «Արժեթղթերի շուկայի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին» օրենքների նախագծերի վերաբերյալ կառավարության օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությանը: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, Տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարի տեղակալ Ալբերտ Բաբայանը նշեց, որ օրինագծի ընդունումը պայմանավորված է գործարար միջավայրի բարելավմանն ուղղված ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից իրականացվող բարեփոխումների շարունակականության ապահովման, մասնավորապես` փոքր բաժնետերերի շահերի պաշտպանությունն ապահովելու անհրաժեշտությամբ:

«Օրենքի նախագիծը մշակվել է փոքր բաժնետերերի շահերի պաշտպանությունն ապահովելու և դրա արդյունքում նաև Համաշխարհային բանկի «Գործարարությամբ զբաղվելը» զեկույցի «փոքր բաժնետերերի շահերի պաշտպանություն» ցուցիչի մասով Հայաստանի դիրքի առաջընթացն ապահովելու նպատակով: Մասնավորապես, սահմանվում է, որ դուստր և կախյալ ընկերություններն իրավունք չունեն գնելու հիմնական ընկերության թողարկած բաժնետոմսերը, բաժնետերերի ընդհանուր ժողովում արտոնյալ բաժնետոմսերով նախատեսված իրավունքների սահմանափակմանը վերաբերող հարցերի քննարկմանը կարող են մասնակցել այդ բաժնետոմսերի սեփականատերերը: Ընդ որում, իրավունքների սահմանափակման վերաբերյալ որոշումը կարող է ընդունվել միայն այն պարագայում, երբ այդ որոշմանը կողմ են քվեարկել նման արտոնյալ բաժնետոմսերի 3/4-ի սեփականատերերը, ներդրվում է բաժնետիրական համաձայնագրի գաղափարը»,- ասաց Բաբայանը։
