Սեպտեմբերի 6-ին ՀՀ ԱՆ քրեակատարողական ծառայության պետ, արդարադատության գնդապետ Արտյոմ Մխոյանի գլխավորությամբ տեղի ունեցավ խորհրդակցություն ծառայության տնտեսական ոլորտին առնչվող հարցերի կապակցությամբ: Ներկա էին ծառայության պետի առաջին տեղակալ, արդարադատության գնդապետ Մանուկ Միքայելյանը, պետի տեղակալ, արդարադատության գնդապետ Վարուժան Մելքոնյանը, քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների պետերը և հիմնարկների տնտեսական ոլորտը սպասարկող ղեկավար անձնակազմը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱՆ քրեակատարողական ծառայության հանրային կապերի բաժնից, ներկայացնելով օրակարգը՝ ծառայության պետն անդրադարձավ տնտեսական ոլորտում կատարված ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքներում ի հայտ եկած թերություններին՝ առանձնացնելով հատկապես մի քանի քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ:

Ա. Մխոյանը խիստ հրահանգեց ուշադրություն դարձնել սննդի բազմազանության ապահովմանը, ինչպես նաև տեխնիկական բնութագրերին համապատասխանող անհրաժեշտությանը՝ նշելով, որ քրեակատարողական ծառայողների՝ տվյալ ոլորտում ցուցաբերած անգործության յուրաքանչյուր դեպք կդառնա քննության առարկա: «Հետևե՛ք սննդի որակին և սահմանված չափաբաժիններին: Արգելե՛ք առանց ջերմային մշակման սննդամթերքի առկայությունը բնակելի գոտու խցերում և կացարաններում, հստակեցրե՛ք սննդից հրաժարվողների ցանկը՝ ավելորդ սննդամթերք չօգտագործելու համար: Ծառայությունն իր առջև գերխնդիր է դրել ճաշացանկը դարձնել էլ ավելի բազմատեսակ, ճաշատեսակները՝ որակյալ», - նշեց ծառայության պետը՝ հավելելով նաև, որ առավել ուշադրություն դարձնեն հացի որակին և հատկապես կշռին:

Ծառայության պետն անդրադարձավ նաև ազատազրկված անձանց տրամադրվող հիգիենայի պարագաներին և արտահագուստին՝ հիշեցնելով, որ այս ոլորտում ևս ցանկացած խախտում կստանա համապատասխան արձագանք:

Հիմնարկի պետերին հանձնարարեց հետևել բնակելի գոտում ջրի, գազի և էլեկտրաէներգիայի սպառմանը, չգերազանցել կառավարության որոշմամբ սահմանված չափաքանակները և թույլ չտալ անտեղի վատնումը: Ա. Մխոյանը նշեց, որ խնայողության հաշվին կուտակված գումարները կվերադարձվեն ՔԿՀ-ներին՝ իրենց խնդիրները լուծելու համար:

Զգուշացրեց, որ լինելու են չնախատեսված այցեր քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներ և այցերը կրելու են շարունակական բնույթ: Հրահանգեց լինել զգոն, հետևողական՝ պատշաճ կատարելով իրենց՝ օրենքով վերապահված գործառույթային պարտականությունները:

Ա. Մխոյանը մեկ անգամ ևս շեշտեց ծառայության որդեգրած նոր քաղաքականության գերակա խնդիրները՝ հիմնարկներում կոռուպցիոն ցանկացած դրսևորման իսպառ բացառումը, արգելված իրերի ներթափանցումը, քրեական հիերարխիայի դեմ տարվող անզիջում պայքարը. «Իրավիճակ է փոխվել, և հիշեք՝ անձեռնմխելի մարդ չկա, բոլորը հավասար են օրենքի առջև, և մեղավորները կպատժվեն օրենքով սահմանված կարգով»:

Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում օրակարգի հարցերին անդրադարձան նաև ծառայության պետի տեղակալները, բարձրացված խնդիրների շուրջ առաջարկություններով հանդես եկան քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների ղեկավարները:

Ծառայության պետ Ա. Մխոյանը վերհանված հարցերի շուրջ տվեց կոնկրետ հանձնարարականներ և նշեց, որ շարունակելու է լինել խիստ հետևողական նշված խնդիրների լուծման և արատավոր երևույթների վերացման հարցերում:
