Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առաջին փոխվարչապետ Արարատ Միրզոյանը հավաստիացնում է, որ վարչական ռեսուրսը չեն օգտագործելու ընտրություններում իրենց քաղաքական ուժի համար ձայներ բերելու նպատակով:

Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության «Իրականում» հաղորդաշարին տված հարցազրույցում Արարատ Միրզոյանն ընդգծել է, որ պետական համակարգի աշխատողներն այլևս ոչ մի պարտավորություն չունեն ծառայել, քվեարկել օրվա իշխանությունների օգտին, մասնակցել նրանց հանրահավաքներին, քարոզարշավին և այլն:

Հարցին՝ ՔՊ-ն ներկայացնող քաղաքական ուժերին արդեն ասել են, որ նույնիսկ չփորձեն իրենց աշխատակիցներին նման հորդորներ ուղղել, Արարատ Միրզոյանը պատասխանել է. «Արդեն ասել ենք: Ասելու կարիք էլ չկա առանձնապես, բայց նաև ասել ենք: Ինձ թվում է, որ մենք, երբեմն դատողություններ անելիս, մոռացել ենք ոչ վաղ անցյալի իրադարձությունները: Չէ՞ որ մենք տարիներ շարունակ բողոքում էինք անարդարությունից, այդ թվում՝ ընտրակեղծարարությունից, քանի որ համարում էինք, որ ազատ և արդար ընտրությունները ժողովրդավարություն կառուցելու տեսանկյունից անկյունաքարային են: Եվ հիմա մենք մի քանի ամիս անց պիտի դեմ գնա՞նք այն սկզբունքներին, որ ինքներս ենք հռչակել և փորձենք ապօրինի մեթոդներով ազդե՞լ ընտրությունների վրա: Որևէ մեկը թող այդպիսի հույս չունենա, մենք այդ գայթակղությանը երբեք չենք տրվելու: Մենք ապահովելու ենք քաղաքացիների ազատ կամարտահայտությունն այսօր, վաղը և այնքան ժամանակ, որքան իշխանության ենք ժողովրդի թույլտվությամբ»:

Միրզոյանն ընդգծել է, որ Ազգային ժողով-կառավարություն համագործակցությունը պատկերացնում  է աշխատանքային-համագործակցային: Նա կարծիք է հայտնել, որ կկարողանան աշխատանքային մթնոլորտում քննարկել, լուծել բոլոր խնդիրները, ապահովել պետական մարմինների համագործակցության սահունությունը: «Իհարկե, խորհրդարանական ուժը, որը կառավարությունում ներկայացված չէ, այսինքն, ընդդիմություն է, զանազան առիթներով կառավարության նախագծերը քննադատելու, թերացումները մատնանշելու իրավունք ունի, ինչի համար էլ պիտի լինի ընդդիմությունը, բայց ես կցանկանայի, որ մենք այս գործընթացը մեծ կոնտեքստից դուրս չընկալենք: Ի վերջո, բոլորի միջև քաղաքական համաձայնություն ձեռք բերվել է, որ այս Ազգային ժողովը պիտի լուծարվի իրավական որևէ մեխանիզմով, որ այս կառավարությունն անցումային է և անհրաժեշտ է մեկ տարվա ընթացքում անցկացնել արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ»,- նշել է Միրզոյանը:

Փոխվարչապետը հավելել է՝ եթե Ազգային ժողովի որևէ խմբակցություն որոշի, որ իրենք այլևս կողմ չեն արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների անցկացմանը, դա կլինի ժողովրդի հետ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության խախտում՝ շեշտելով, որ ՀՀ-ում իշխանությունը իսկապես պատկանում է ժողովրդին, ինչպես գրված է Սահմանադրության երկրորդ հոդվածում:
