ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում ուղիղ միացմամբ խոսել է YouTube-ում հրապարակված ձայնագրության մասին, որում Մարտի 1-ի գործով մանրամասների ու դրա շրջանակում կալանավորման որոշումների մասին են զրուցում ենթադրաբար Ազգային անվտանգության տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանը և Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, որ տեղի է ունեցել գաղտնալսում:

«Իմ նախնական գնահատմամբ՝ տեղի է ունեցել ՀՔԾ պետի կամ ԱԱԾ տնօրենի գաղտնալսում: Ո՞վ է արել, ինչո՞ւ, ի՞նչ նպատակով: Արդյոք օրենքով իրավունք ունեցել է գաղտնալսում իրականցրել: Ե՞րբ է տեղի ունեցել, ի՞նչն է այս ամենի քաղաքական նպատակը:

Դեռևս օգոստոսի 17-ի հանրահավաքին ես հայտարարել եմ, որ Մարտի 1-ի գործն ընդհանուր առմամբ բացահայտված է, և բոլոր մարդասպանները պետք է կանգնեն դատարանի առաջ»,- հայտարարել է Փաշինյանը:

Անդրադառնալով ձայնագրությունում առկա այն հատվածին, որում, ըստ ձայնագրության, Վանեցյանն ասում է, թե Փաշինյանը հանձնարարել է «փակել» ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովին, ՀՀ վարչապետը նշել է, որ մշտապես ասել է ու կշարունակի ասել, որ եթե նախաքննության շահերից բխում է կալանավորել տվյալ անձին, ապա նա կհանձնարարի կալանավորել՝ անգամ, եթե տվյալ անձն իր բարեկամն է: «Սա է տեղի ունեցածը: Նախաքննության մարմինները պետք է անկաշկանդ լինեն»,- հայտարարել է Փաշինյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ այս պարագայում կարևոր չէ, թե ինչ ազգանուն ունի այն անձը, ում պետք է կալանավորել:

Վարչապետը հիշեցրել է, որ քիչ հետո ԱԱԾ պետը ասուլիս կտա և պարզաբանումներ կհնչեցնի:

«Ոմանք ուզում են խուսափել պատասխանատվությունից: Ես դա թույլ չեմ տա՝ անկախ նրանից կլինեմ վարչապետի կարգավիճակում, թե ոչ»,- հայտարարել է նա:

YouTube–ում հրապարակվել է ձայնագրություն, որը վերագրվում է Ազգային անվտանգության տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանին և Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանին: Ձայնագրության մեջ խոսվում է Մարտի 1-ի գործի ու դրանում ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի, ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովի, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարներ Միքայել Հարությունյանի, Սեյրան Օհանյանի ներգրավման, նրանց պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու անհրաժեշտության մասին:
