«Շանթ 2018». ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության խորհուրդը կքննարկի պայմանական պատերազմ հայտարարելու հարցը

ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության խորհուրդը «Շանթ 2018» հրամանատարաշտաբային զորավարժության շրջանակում առաջիկա նիստում կքննարկի պայմանական պատերազմ  և ռազմական դրություն հայտարարելու հարցը: Այս մասին սեպտեմբերի 11-ին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունում տեղի ունեցած մամուլի ասուլիսի ընթացքում լրագրողներին հայտնեց ՀՀ պաշտպանության փոխնախարար Գաբրիել Բալայանը:

«Մեկ ժամվա ընթացքում կլինի ԱԱԽ համապատասխան նիստը, որտեղ զեկույցով հանդես կգան ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարն ու ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետը և խորհրդի կազմի մյուս ուժային կառույցների պետերը: Որոշվելու է պատերազմ հայտարարելու ու ռազմական դրություն մտցնելու հարցի նպատակահարմարությունը»,- նշեց փոխնախարարը:

Փոխնախարարի խոսքով՝ իրենք զորավարժությունների շրջանակում իրավիճակի պայմանական սրում են նախատեսում ոչ միայն Հայաստանի, այլև Արցախի սահմաններում, ինչպես նաև Նախիջևանի հատվածում:

«Մենք դիտարկում ենք ոչ միայն Ադրբեջանի, այլև այլ հակառակորդների կողմից ոչ անմիջական մասնակցությունը մարտական գործողություներին: Դրանք կարող ենք լինել գրեթե բոլոր ճակատներում, որտեղ մենք ունենք շփման գիծ՝ և Արցախում, և Նախիջևանի ուղղությամբ, նաև Թուրքիայի հետ սահմանագծին: Հնարավոր կլինեն նաև որոշակի շեղումներ նախատեսված գրաֆիկից: ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների շրջանակներում ակնկալվող օգնությունը կարող է դադարել կամ ոչ այնքան լինել, որը նախատեսված էր նախկինում: Հիմա քննարկում ենք, առանց այդ օգնության, ՀՀ պաշտպանությունը կազմակերպելու հարցերը»,- ասաց փոխնախարարը:

Գաբրիել Բալայանը նշեց, որ Հայաստանի նկատմամբ ոչ բարեկամաբար տրամադրված պետությունների ղեկավարներից հակահայ տարբեր հայտարարություններ են հնչում, որոնց արձագանքում են Հայաստանի դեսպանություններն ու հյուպատոսությունները:

«Մեր համապատասխան ներկայացուցչություններն ու հյուպատոսությունները փորձում են այդ հայտարարությունների նկատմամբ հրավիրել մեր արտասահմանյան գործընկերների ուշադրությունը: Մենք մեր ռազմական կցորդների հետ ևս աշխատանքներ ենք տանում, որպեսզի չեզոքացնենք այն ռազմաքաղաքական վտանգը, որ փորձ է արվում զարգացնել ոչ բարիդրացիական պետությունների ղեկավարների կողմից»,- ասաց Բալայանը:

Փոխնախարարը նշեց, որ հասարակության պաշտպանության գործին, բացի բանակից, ներգրավվում են նաև այլ ուժային կառույցների զորքերը:
