Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրություններում «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքի ցուցակի առաջին համար Հայկ Մարությանն ընտրվելու դեպքում փոփոխություններ է խոստանում  մի շարք ոլորտներում՝ մասնավորապես, աղբահանության և տրանսպորտի: Քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Հայկ Մարությանը Դավթաշենում դաշինքի քարոզարշավիններկայացրեց իրենց նախընտրական ծրագրի կետերից:

«Տրանսպորտի ոլորտում վերանալու են բոլոր գծերն ու գծատերերը: Լինելու են նոր երթուղիներ, նոր կանգառներով, նոր մենեջմենթով, որոնք իրականացնելու են պրոֆեսիոնալ օպերատորները: Ներմուծելու ենք մեծ, միջին, փոքր չափի ավտոբուսներ: Բոլորը համապատասխանելու են միջազգային ստանդարտներին: Դրանք հարմարեցված են լինելու հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց կարիքներին»,-ներկայացրեց Մարությանը:

Նա նշեց՝ գործելու է միասնական տոմսերի համակարգ: Տոմսը լինելու է  ժամկետով՝ մեկ ժամվա, օրվա կամ տարվա համար: Այդ ժամանակում քաղաքացիները կարող են օգտվել Երևանի հասարակական տրանսպորտի բոլոր միջոցներից որքան ուզեն: Հայկ Մարությանը վստահեցրեց՝ դա անհամեմատ ավելի մատչելի կլինի: Միաժամանակ պահպանվելու է տրանսպորտի 100 դրամանոց տոմսը:

Նախատեսում են նաև մետրոյի առնվազն մեկ կայարանի կառուցում Աջափնյակում՝ «Թումո»-ի հարևանությամբ: Նախատեսում են նաև մետրոյի «Գործարանային» կայարանում շարժն ակտիվացնելու նպատակով հարակից տարածքում աշխուժացնել քաղաքային կյանքը՝ կառուցել բիզնես կենտրոններ, բնակելի շենքեր:

Թեկնածուն մտահոգիչ համարեց նաև աղբահանության հարցը։ Լուծումը պատկերացնում է մրցակցային դաշտի ստեղծումով։ «Ուսումնասիրելու ենք ոլորտը, երկրորդ կամ երրորդ օպերատորներ ենք մտցնելու ոլորտ»,- վստահեցրեց Մարությանը:

Նա նաև նշեց՝ եթե նույնիսկ շատ օպերատորներ լինեն, քաղաքը պետք է  մաքուր պահեն քաղաքացիները:

Հայկ Մարությանը մի շարք փոփոխություններ է նախատեսում նաև քաղաքային մանկապարտեզներում, պոլիկլինիկաներում:
