«Իմ քայլը» դաշինքից քաղաքապետի թեկնածու առաջադրված Հայկ Մարությանը խոստանում է մանկապարտեզների շենքային պայմանների և սննդի որակի զգալի բարելավում, ինչպես նաև փոփոխություններ պոլիկլինիկաներում: Մարությանն այս մասին ասաց Նուբարաշեն համայնքում կայացած նախընտրական հանրահավաքում:

«Մանկապարտեզներում ունենք  շենքային  պայմանների լուրջ խնդիր: Դրանց քիչ քանակի  պատճառով շատ երեխաներ դուրս են մնում մանկապարտեզներից: Սննդի որակը ևս անհանգստացնող է. թունավորման դեպքեր են եղել:Սնունդ մատակարարող ընկերությունների առաջ շատ խիստ պահանջներ ենք դնելու, միայն լիցենզիա ունեցող ընկերություններն են մասնակցելու մրցույթին: Պետք է պարզենք նաև, թե շատ մանկապարտեզների շենքներ ո՞ւմ են վաճառվել կամ վարձով տրվել: Բոլոր հնարավոր շենքները հետ ենք վերադարձնելու մեր համայնքներին, և դրանք անպայման նորոգելու ենք»,- նշեց քաղաքապետի թեկնածուն:

Խոսելով Երևանի պոլիկլինիկաների մասին` նա նկատեց, որ դրանցից շատերը վատ վիճակում են գտնվում: Նախատեսում են բարելավել շենքային պայմանները: Մարությանն իրենց ծրագրում էապես կարևորեց նաև կանխարգելիչ բժշկությունը: «Մեր բնակիչները չպետք է միանգամից գնան հիվանդանոց, մենք պետք է ապահովենք կանխարգելող բժշկություն: Նրանք պետք է բուժվեն ամբուլատոր պայմաններում, որպեսզի հարցը չհասնի հիվանդանոցներին: Սրա համար համալիր միջոցառումներ ենք անելու Առողջապահության նախարարության հետ»,-նշեց Մարությանը:

Պոլիկլինիկաները համալրվելու են նաև բուժտեխնիկայով: Իսկ երևանցիներին երկար հերթերից զերծ պահելու համար նախատեսում են ներմուծել էլեկտրոնային հերթագրման համակարգ:

Քաղաքապետի թեկնածուն խոսեց նաև համատիրությունների մասին: Նկատեց` դրանք մինչ այսօր ստեղծված են եղել ոչ թե իրենց գործառույթը կատարելու, այլ փողը հավաքելու և ոչինչ չանելու, ընտրությունների համար ընտրակաշառք բաժանելու համար: «Համատիրության նախագահը շենքի ժողովրդի ժողովի արդյունքում պետք է ընտրվի: Գործառույթները պետք է լինեն թափանցիկ, դուք պետք է իմանանք ամեն լումայի մասին: Համատիրությունները պետք է աշխատեն մասնագիտացված ընկերությունների` վերելակ, տանիք վերանորոգողների հետ»,- ընդգծեց քաղաքապետի թեկնածուն:

Նա կարևորեց նաև արդար եղանակով համատիրությունների  նախագահների ընտրությունն ու ամեն ինչ զրոյից սկսելը:

Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունները կկայանան սեպտեմբերի 23-ին:
