Կոտայքի մարզպետ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը իր պաշտոնավարման կարճ ժամանակահատվածում հասցրել է արդեն իսկ ստախոսի համբավ ձեռք բերել: 
Բանը նրանումն է,որ վերջինս մամուլում բարձրացվող յուրաքանչյուր իրեն վերաբերող հարցի պատասխանում է կտրուկ և մեղմ ասած ոչ ճիշտ:Այսպես, երբ տարածվեցին խոսակցություններ թե վերջինս և իր ընտանիքը հարում են աղանդավորական խմբերից մեկին, ոչփորձառու մարզպետն առանց ամաչելու միանգամից հերքեց, մինչ դեռ առնվազն հիմարություն էր, այս պարզ ճշմարտության մասին ստելը, քանզի իրեն ճանաչող յուրաքանչյուր աբովյանցի այդ մասին քաջատեղյակ է:
Այնուհետև հաջորդեցին տարբեր համայնքապետերի բողոքները, որոնք միահամուռ պնդում էին, որ մարզպետը առանց որևէ իրավական հիմքի պահանջում է նրանց հրաժարականը սպառնալով թե իրեն հակառակվողների գլխին ԱԱԾ-ով գործ կսարքի:
Այսօր էլ ստախոս մարզպետը խոսելով կրկին մամուլում շրջանառվող իր կառուցվող առանձնատան մասին, կրկին անգամ հերքել է, ասելով որ այն պարիսպապատված է և առայժմ ներսում միայն այգի է:Մնում է մեկ պարզ հարց ուղղել պարոն մազրպետին, իսկ այդ պարիսպապատված տարածք տանող ճանապարհը, այդ ո՞վ և ու՞մ միջոցներով ասֆալտապատեց, թե վերջինս այնքան զբաղված է, որ դա ևս չի հասցրել նկատել: Մինչդեռ, որքան էլ նա շարունակի հերքել գոնե մարզի բնակիչների համար հասկանակի է, որ ճանապարհը ասֆալտապատվեց միայն իր մարզպետ դառնալուց հետո՝ այն էլ ընդամենը օրերի ընթացքում:
Ինչպես ասում են հերթական սուտն էլ չստացվեց, վերջինս ստիպված է մի նոր սուտ հորինի, հակառակ դեպքում չի բացառվում, որ մի գեղեցիկ օր էլ ոստիկանությունը նրան փռի իր իսկ ձեռքով փռած ասֆալտի վրա...
