ԱԻ նախարարն աշխատանքային այց է կատարել Վայոց Ձորի մարզ

Սեպտեմբերի 15-ին ԱԻ նախարար Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյանը աշխատանքային այց է կատարել Վայոց ձորի մարզ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից,  այցի նպատակն էր ծանոթանալ մարզի փրկարարական վարչության (ՄՓՎ), տարածքային հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատների ընթացիկ աշխատանքներին, գույքային և տեխնիկական կարողություններին և առկա խնդիրներին:

Վայոց ձորի մարզում նախարար Ռոստոմյանը հանդիպել է Վայոց ձորի մարզպետ Արագած Սաղաթելյանին և Եղեգնաձոր համայնքի ղեկավար Դավիթ Հարությունյանին: Նրանց հետ զրույցում նախարարը նշել է, որ մարզում անելիքները բավականին շատ են. դրանք կապված են ինչպես հրշեջ-փրկարարական, այնպես էլ քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության հետ: Մարզպետ Արագած Սաղաթելյանն իր հերթին շնորհակալություն է հայտնել նախարար Ռոստոմյանին՝ մարզ այցելելու և Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության համակարգի մարզային խնդիրներին տեղում ծանոթանալու համար:

Նախարարն այցելել է Վայոց ձորի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության Ջերմուկի, Վայքի և Եղեգնաձորի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատներ, ծանոթացավ շենքային պայմաններին, գույքային ու տեխնիկական հագեցվածությանը: Հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատների անձնակազմի հետ զրույցում նախարար Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյանը մի շարք խնդիրներ է արձանագրել՝ նշելով, որ հնարավորինս սեղմ ժամկետներում առկա խնդիրների համար անհրաժեշտ է օպտիմալ լուծումներ գտնել. մասնավորապես՝ բարելավել հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատների շենքային պայմանները, ներկայացնել առաջարկներ ՀՓՋ-ների տարածքների վերաբերյալ:

Նախարար Ռոստոմյանը Եղեգնաձոր քաղաքում եղել է ԱԻՆ Վայոց ձորի մարզային փրկարարական վարչությունում: Նախարարը շրջեց փրկարարական վարչության տարածքում՝ մասնավորապես մարզի ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոնում, Վայոց ձորի մարզային հրդեհային և տեխնիկական անվտանգության տեսչությունում, ծանոթացել  աշխատանքային պայմաններին:

Մարզային փրկարարական վարչությունում հրավիրված խորհրդակցության ընթացքում ամփոփելով աշխատանքային այցի արդյունքները՝ նախարար Ռոստոմյանը նշել է, որ վերջերս իրականացված ստուգումները նպատակ ունեին վեր հանելու առկա խնդիրները և կարճ ժամանակում դրանց համար լուծումներ գտնելու: Վայոց ձորի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության նորանշանակ պետ փ/ծ փոխգնդապետ Հ. Սարգսյանը զեկուցել է նախարարին, որ մարզային վարչության փաստաթղթաշրջանառությունն արդեն իրականացվում է էլեկտրոնային եղանակով: Նախարարը հանձնարարել է հնարավորինս սեղմ ժամկետներում ավարտին հասցնել օպերատիվ պլանների և հրդեհաշիջման քարտերի կազմումը:

Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում նախարարը հանձնարարել է առավելագույն ուշադրություն դարձնել ծառայության կարգապահությանը, տեղի բնակիչներից կազմել կամավորական ջոկատներ: Քննարկվել է նաև մարզային փրկարարական վարչության կադրային համալրման հարցը: Նախարար Ռոստոմյանը նշել է, որ կադրային խնդիրն առկա է բոլոր մարզային փրկարարական վարչություններում, հանձնարարել ներկայացնել առաջարկություն կադրերի թվի վերաբերյալ և հավելել, որ առաջնահերթությունը տրվելու է ՀՀ ԱԻՆ Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ակադեմիայի շրջանավարտներին:
