Կառավարության նիստերի դահլիճում երեկ՝ սեպտեմբերի 16-ին,  տեղի ունեցավ «Ալյանս» առաջադիմական ցենտրիստական կուսակցության արտահերթ համագումարը:

Միջոցառմանը ողջույնի խոսքով հանդես եկավ «Ալյանս» առաջադիմական ցենտրիստական կուսակցության նախագահ Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանը: Նա իր ելույթում անդրադարձավ կուսակցության հետագա գործունեությանն ու առաջիկա ծրագրերին: Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանը ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծեց՝ «Ալյանս» առաջադիմական ցենտրիստական կուսակցության անդամները միավորվում են ազնվության, արդարության, համերաշխության, մարդասիրության ու հայրենասիրության գաղափարների շուրջ, իսկ երկրում առկա խնդիրների լուծումը հնարավոր են համարում միևնույն բարոյական բարձր արժեքներ կրող, հանրային շահի կարևորությունը գիտակցող, հասարակության վստահությունը վայելող, ազնիվ անհատների և քաղաքական ուժերի համախմբման ու համագործակցության պարագայում:

Համագումարն առանձնանում էր նաև նրանով, որ կուսակցության շարքերը համալրելու էր եկել «Միասնական Ջավախք» ժողովրդավարական դաշինք քաղաքական շարժման առաջնորդ Վահագն Չախալյանը, մի շարք գյուղապետեր, համայնքապետեր, ակտիվ երիտասարդներ: 

Համագումարի պատվավոր հյուրերն էին «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, «Երևանցիներ» կուսակցությունների դաշինքի քաղաքապետի թեկնածու, «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արարատ Զուրաբյանը, «Միասնություն» շարժման ղեկավար Արման Վարդանյանը և այլք:

Համագումարին ողջույնի խոսքով հանդես եկավ նաև Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը` նշելով, որ շարունակելու են իրենց գործունեությունը, որը միտված է ժողովրդի կյանքը բարելավելուն: 

Ամբիոնից խոսեց նաև ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Արագած Ախոյանը, որն իր ամփոփիչ խոսքում շեշտեց առաջիկա անելիքների, տնտեսության զարգացման և բանակաշինության մասին:
