Միսակ Մանուկյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երկրի համար տնտեսության զարգացման կայուն գրավականներից մեկը գյուղատնտեսությունն է, որի զարգացումը կախված է մի շարք հանգամանքներից, մասնավորապես՝ եղանակային պայմաններ, բերքատվություն: Եվ եթե այս երկուսից մեկը դրսևորում է որոշակի անոմալիաներ, դա իր անմիջական ազդեցությունն է ունենում թե՛ բերքի քանակի, թե՛ որակի վրա։ Ահա այսպիսի անոմալիաների հետևանքով էլ այս տարի խաղողագործ գյուղացին հայտնվել էր ծանր խնդիրների և ֆինանսական անկայունության վտանգի առջև։
Հետևաբար՝ գյուղացու համար ուղղակի կենսական անհրաժեշտություն է արտաքին օգնություն՝ ծանր վիճակից դուրս գալու համար: Նման օգնություն գյուղացիներին մշտապես ցուցաբերել է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, և շատ դեպքերում իր իսկ շահույթի հաշվին: 
Արարատի և Արմավիրի մարզերի խաղողագործների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ Ծառուկյանը հերթական անգամ աջակցություն ցուցաբերեց գյուղացիներին:
Այս անգամ ևս հաշվի առնելով մի շարք հանգամանքներ` մասնավորապես այն, որ այս տարի բերքը քիչ է եղել, քանի-որ կարկուտը վնասել է այն, Ծառուկյանը հերթական անգամ ձեռք մեկնեց գյուղացուն՝ հայտարարելով, որ Երևանի «Արարատ» կոնյակի, գինու, օղու կոմբինատը կբարձրացնի խաղողի մթերման գինը` խաղողը մթերելով մեկ կիլոգրամը 150 դրամով, և սա այն պարագայում, որ կոնյակի արտահանման արժեքը նույնն է մնացել: 
Փաստորեն Ծառուկյանը ևս մեկ անգամ օգնեց գյուղացուն իր շահույթի հաշվին: 
Ծառուկյանի հերթական նմանատիպ քայլը ցույց է տալիս, որ նա կանգնած է գյուղացու կողքին, և երբեք գյուղացուն մենակ չի թողնի իր պրոբլեմների հետ:
