Արցախի Հանրապետությունում ներդրումներ կատարելու համար գործարարներին առաջարկվում է պետության գերակա երկու ոլորտ՝ զբոսաշրջությունը և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաները: Այս մասին նշեց Արցախի պետական նախարար Գրիգորի Մարտիրոսյանը:

«Արցախը՝ լինելով փոքր և բաց տնտեսություն ունեցող երկիր, շատ առանձնահատուկ է և հետաքրքրություն է ներկայացնում գործարարների համար: Մի կողմից, փոքր տնտեսություն ունենալը շուկայի սպառման տեսանկյունից որոշակի սահմանափակումներ ունի, իսկ մյուս կողմից՝ ապահովում է անհատական մոտեցում կառավարման մակարդակով: Շատ սերտ համագործակցություն կա պետության և մասնավորի միջև»,- նշեց Մարտիրոսյանը:

Հարցին, թե Հայաստանի գործարարների հետ համագործակցության դեպքում ո՞ր ոլորտներն են գերակա Արցախի Հանրապետության համար՝ պետնախարարն ասաց, որ դրանք տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաներն են և զբոսաշրջությունը:

«Տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտն Արցախում շատ մեծ հեռանկարներ ունի, քանի որ մեր երկրում միշտ ճշգրիտ գիտությունն է ավելի զարգացած եղել: Այսօր կա որոշակի կադրային ներուժ՝ իրականացնելու ՏՏ նախագծեր»,- շեշտեց Մարտիրոսյանը:

Անդրադառնալով ԱՀ-ում զբոսաշրջության զարգացմանը՝ նա ընդգծեց, որ ամեն տարի հետաքրքրությունն ավելի ու ավելի է աճում և մեծանում է նաև ծառայությունների ցանկը: Մարտիրոսյանի կարծիքով՝ Արցախը կարող է հետաքրքիր վայր դառնալ տուրիզմի էթնո և էկո ոլորտների սիրահարների համար:
