Արցախի Հանրապետության ԱԺ նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը սեպտեմբերի 27-ին ընդունել է Եվրախորհրդարանի պատգամավոր Էլենի Թեոխարուսին, նրա հետ Արցախ ժամանած Կիպրոսի խորհրդարանի անդամներ Յորգոս Պերդիկիսին, Միկայիս Գիորգալասին և Կիպրոսի Հայ ազգային կոնգրեսի ղեկավար Նաիրի Մուրադյանին: Պատվիրակությանն Արցախում ուղեկցումէ Հայ դատի Եվրոպայի հանձնախմբի ղեկավար Գասպար Կարապետյանը: 

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին  Արցախի Հանրապետության  ԱԺ լրատվության և հանրության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ Աժ նախագահը կարևորել է Արցախի վաղեմի բարեկամ Էլենի Թեոխարուսի հերթական այցը և մասնավորապես նրա ջանքերը՝ Արցախը նաև իր բարեկամների համար ճանաչելի դարձնելու առումով:

«Մեր այս հանդիպումը հերթականը լինելով՝ նոր հնարավորությունների բացահայտման հիմք կարող է դառնալ»,- նշել է Աշոտ Ղուլյանը:

Իր համակրանքը հայտնելով Արցախի ժողովրդի հանդեպ՝ Էլենի Թեոխարուսը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել այսուհետ ևս իր գործընկերների համար հասանելի դարձնել Արցախը, որպեսզի նրանք իրենց աշխատանքի ընթացքում կարողանան ճիշտ որոշումներ ընդունել:

Խոսելով հայ և հույն ժողովուրդների վաղեմի բարեկամության մասին՝ Կիպրոսի խորհրդարանի անդամ Յորգոս Պերդիկիսը նշել է, որ երկու ժողովուրդները կիսում են նույն արժեքները, դավանանքը և ունեն զարգացման նույն տեսլականը:

Միխալիս Գիորգալասը ևս գոհունակություն է հայտնել Արցախ այցելությունից և նշել, որ իրենք տեսնում են Արցախի հետ համագործակցության հնարավոր ուղղությունները:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում խոսվել է հարաբերությունների զարգացման և փոխգործակցության  հեռանկարների մասին:

Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են ԱԺ նախագահի տեղակալ «Արցախի Հանրապետություն-Եվրախորհրդարան» բարեկամության խմբի նախագահ Վահրամ Բալայանը, ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արզիկ Մխիթարյանը և ԱՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Արմինե Ալեքսանյանը:

Պատվիրակությունն այնուհետև հանդիպել է ԱԺ «Արցախի Հանրապետություն-Եվրախորհրդարան» բարեկամության խմբի անդամների հետ: Բարեկամության խմբի նախագահ Վահրամ Բալայանը կարևորել է նմանատիպ այցելությունները՝ ընդգծելով Արցախի՝ Ադրբեջանի կողմից արհեստականորեն մեկուսացնելու ապարդյուն ջանքերը:

Երկուստեք կարևորվել է միջխորհրդարանական համագործակցությունը, Հունաստանում և Կիպրոսում Արցախը ներկայացնելու աշխատանքների քաջալերումն ու տեղեկատվության փոխանակումը:

Առավոտյան պատվիրակությունն այցելել է Ստեփանակերտի հուշահամալիր, ծաղիկներ խոնարհել և հարգանքի տուրք մատուցել Արցախի անկախության համար զոհված հայորդիների հիշատակին:
