Սեպտեմբերի 26-ին ՀՀ ԱԳՆ Միջազգային կազմակերպությունների վարչության պետ Վահրամ Կաժոյանը ՄԱԿ-ի ԳԱ 73-րդ նստաշրջանի շրջանակներում կայացած Չմիավորման շարժման Բարձր մակարդակի հանդիպմանը, արձագանքելով Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակության ղեկավարի ելույթին, հանդես եկավ պատասխան խոսքով:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԳՆ լրատվության և հանրային դիվանագիտության վարչությունից, զրուցակիցները համակարծիք էին,  Վահրամ Կաժոյանը, մասնավորապես, նշեց, որ Ադրբեջանը պարբերաբար կոպտորեն խախտում է Բանդունգյան սկզբունքները` ագրեսիա կիրառելով Արցախի բնակչության նկատմամբ և հրաժարվելով ճանաչել բոլոր ազգերի միջև հավասարության կարևորագույն սկզբունքը: «Հենց Ադրբեջանն է, որ հրաժարվում է ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդիրը լուծել խաղաղ ճանապարհով և շարունակաբար ռազմական գործողություններ է իրականացնում ինչպես Հայաստանի հետ սահմանին, այնպես էլ Արցախի հետ շփման գծում: Անընդունելի է, երբ ագրեսորը  մեղադրում է ուրիշներին՝ զոհ ձևանալով»:

ՀՀ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչը հիշեցրեց նաև, որ Ադրբեջանը հրաժարվում է ճանաչել Արցախի բնակչության ինքնորոշման իրավունքը, որը միջազգային միջնորդության միակ մանդատն ունեցող Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության կողմից նշվում է որպես ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման սկզբունքներից մեկը:

Այնուհետև, Վահրամն Կաժոյանը հիշեցրեց, որ Չմիավորման շարժման անդամների մեծ մասն ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացման շնորհիվ է անկախացել: «Արցախի Հանրապետության ժողովուրդը 1991թ. դեկտեմբերի 10-ին ժողովրդավարական հանրաքվեի միջոցով արդեն կայացրել է իր որոշումը, և նրանք ամեն իրավունքն ունեն ճանաչված լինելու` որպես անկախ պետություն: Դա իրենց ընտրությունն է, և որևէ մեկը չի կարող ստիպել նրանց անել հակառակը»,- իր խոսքը եզրափակեց Վահրամ Կաժոյանը:

Տեղեկանք. Բանդունգյան սկզբունքները հաստատվել են 1995թ. Կայացած ասիական-աֆրիկյան համաժողովի ժամանակ և միտված են աշխարհում խաղաղության և համագործակցության խրախուսմանը: Այդ սկզբունքներից են բոլոր ժողովուրդների հավասարությունը՝ անկախ չափսից, մարդու հիմնարար իրավունքների և ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրության նպատակների և սկզբունքների հարգումը, ագրեսիայի կամ ուժի կիրառման գործողություններից զերծ մնալը:
