 Հայաստանում անցկացվող Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի գագաթնաժողովի օրերին Երևանում կկազմակերպվի Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի ավան: Այն տեղակայված կլինի Ազատության հրապարակում:

«Արմենպրես»-ին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանից տեղեկացրեցին, որ ֆրանկոֆոն երկրները մասնակցելու են առանձին տաղավարներով: Իրենց ժողովուրդների մշակութային բազմազանությունը, արհեստներն ու արվեստն են ներկայացնելու Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության անդամ երկրները։ Տեղադրված է լինելու բեմահարթակ, որտեղ մասնակից երկրները պարային, երաժշտական կատարումներով պարբերաբար կներկայանան հանդիսատեսին:

Ավանում ներկայացված կլինեն Հայաստանի մարզերը: Երևանը հանդես է գալու առանձին տաղավարով: Այնտեղ ներկայացվելու է Երևանը Ուրարտուի ժամանակաշրջանից մինչև մեր օրերը: Բուկլետի տեսքով ֆրանսերեն տպագրվել է Երևանի քարտեզը, որը զբոսաշրջության տեղեկատվական կենտրոնների միջոցով հասանելի կլինի ֆրանկոֆոն երկրներից եկած հյուրերին:

Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի ավանը գործելու է հոկտեմբերի 7-12-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում:

Հոկտեմբերի 7-12-ը Հայաստանը կհյուրընկալի Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի գագաթաժողովը: Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպությունը (ՖՄԿ / Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie) ֆրանսերենի և համընդհանուր արժեքների ամրագրման և տարածման միջազգային հաստատություն է, որը հիմնվել է 1970 թ.։ Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպությունը իր առաջնային առաքելություն է համարում աշխատանքները՝ ի նպաստ խաղաղության, ժողովրդավարության և մարդու իրավունքների, ֆրանսերեն լեզվի և մշակութային ու լեզվաբանական բազմազանության առաջխաղացման, կրթության, անդամ երկրների և կառավարությունների միջև համերաշխության ուժեղացման՝ նրանց տնտեսական աճն ամրապնդելուն ուղղված բազմակողմանի համագործակցության գործողություններով:

2003 թ. Ուագադուգուի (Բուրկինա Ֆասո) գագաթաժողովում Հայաստանը ձեռք է բերում ՖՄԿ-ում դիտորդի կարգավիճակ, իսկ այնուհետև` 2008 թ. հոկտեմբերին, Քվեբեկի (Կանադա) գագաթաժողովում դառնում է Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության ասոցիացված անդամ։ ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարն ակտիվորեն մասնակցում է Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի նախարարական համաժողովներին և 2008 թ. Քվեբեկի գագաթաժողովից սկսած՝ ի պաշտոնե ապահովում նաև Հայաստանի ներկայությունը ֆրանկոֆոն գերագույն ատյանների ժողովներում: Ասոցիացված անդամի կարգավիճակ ձեռք բերելուց հետո Հայաստանում ֆրանկոֆոն նախաձեռնությունները համակարգելու նպատակով ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի հարցերով հատուկ խորհրդական է նշանակում: Հայաստանն իր ներկայացուցիչն ունի նաև Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի մշտական խորհրդում: Նա ակտիվորեն ներգրավված է ֆրանկոֆոնիայի տարբեր ատյանների աշխատանքներում, այդ թվում՝ 2015-2017 թթ. ընթացքում նախագահելով Համագործակցության և ծրագրավորման հանձնաժողովը:
