 Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեի  Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ մանկահասակ երեխայի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ։ Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, 2018 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 29-ին բժշկական կենտրոնից ահազանգ է ստացվել մանկահասակ երեխայի մահվան մասին, որի մարմնի վրա արտաքին զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել են բռնության հետքեր։

Անմիջապես մեկնել է քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը։ Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է փոքրիկի՝ կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներ ստանալու հանգամանքները, դեպքի վայրը, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը։

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ մանկահասակ երեխայի նկատմամբ բռնություն է գործադրել հայրը.  վերջինս 2018թ. սեպտեմբերի 28-ին՝ ժամը 21-ի սահմաններում, հանդամասում գտնվող իրենց բնակության վայրում, ծեծել է մանկահասակ որդուն՝ ծնված 18.12.2017թ., որի հետևանքով ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից  փոքրիկը տեղում մահացել է:

Բացի այդ, ըստ տուժողի մոր հայտարարության, նույն օրը ընտանիքի հայրը բռնություն է գործադրել նաև կնոջ նկատմամբ։

Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի  104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին և 118-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասերով, նախաքննության կատարումը հանձնարարվել է Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության ՀԿԳ ավագ քննիչին։

Ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ կատարվել են մի շարք անհետաձգելի քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ, հարցաքննվել տարբեր անձինք։ Մանկահասակ երեխայի մոր մասնակցությամբ կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ժամանակ պարզվել է, որ փոքրիկի դին նախ փորձել են թաքցնել փոսի մեջ՝ սպանությունը քողարկելու համար, բայց երեխայի մայրը, վերցնելով նրան, դիմել է փախուստի և տեղափոխել բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ բժիշկներն արձանագրել են մահը։

Մանկահասակ երեխայի հայրը ձերբակալվել է։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
