Երևան-Գյումրի ավտոճանապարհին տեղի ունեցած խոշոր վթարի հարցում Տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարությունը որևէ մեղք չունի: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ կապի և տրանսպորտի նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը:
«Վերջին երկու տարիներին ճանապարհի այդ հատվածում վթար չէր եղել, Հոռոմի խաչմերուկ կոչվող այդ տարածքից բավական հեռու վերջին երեք տարիներին երկու վթար էր արձանագրվել»,-«Արմենպրրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց նախարարը՝ պատասխանելով ճանապարհի այդ հատվածի վտանգավոր լինելու վերաբերյալ հարցին:
Նա ընդգծեց, որ արդեն երկու տարի է' իրենք հանձնաժողով են ստեղծել, և հանրապետության այն տարածքներում, որտեղ հաճախակի ավտովթարներ են լինում, ուսումնասիրություն են անցկացնում, իսկ Հոռոմի խաչմերուկը, որտեղ տեղի է ունեցել վթարը, այդ վտանգավոր տեղերի ցանկում չէ:
Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը նշեց, որ լրագրողներն իրեն ստիպում են հայտարարել, որ Տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարությունն այդ վթարի հետ ընդհանրապես ոչ մի կապ չունի: «Յուրաքանչյուր անբարեխիղճ վարորդի վարքագծից ելնելով կայացած վթարների համար Տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարությունը պատասխան չի տալիս:
Ընդհանրապես եմ ասում, այս դեպքի հետ կապված ուսումնասիրությունները շարունակվում են: Տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարության ուսումնասիրությունների համաձայն՝ բոլոր նշանները, որոնք մենք տեղադրում ենք ճանապարհային ոստիկանության հետ, այդ տարածքում տեղադրված են»,- նկատեց Բեգլարյանը:
Հարցին, թե այդ դեպքում ո՞ր պետական մարմինն է մեղավոր, որ հանրապետության ավտոճանապարհների մի մասն անբարեկարգ են, չեն լուսավորվում և այդ պատճառով վթարներ են լինում, Բեգլարյանը պատասխանեց. «Իսկ ինչո՞ւ եք դուք վերցնում, որ որևիցե մի նախարարություն վթարի հետ կապված մեղավոր է: Ես այս դեպքի համար չեմ ասում. եթե մի խմած վարորդ մի տեղ վթարի է ենթարկվում, ինչ-որ մի նախարարությո՞ւն է մեղավոր»:
Նախարարը նշեց, որ հնարավոր չէ լուսավորել բոլոր մարզային ճանապարհները, քանի որ Հայաստանն այդ միջոցները չունի:
Խորհրդարանը մեկ րոպե լռությամբ հարգեց Շիրակի մարզում ավտովթարի զոհերի հիշատակը:
