 Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Երևանում ներկա է գտնվել «Կամար» բիզնես կենտրոնի ներկայացման արարողությանը: Կառավարության ղեկավարը բիզնես կենտրոնի թանգարանում ծանոթացել է շենքի պատմությանը, այնուհետև շրջայց կատարել բիզնես կենտրոնում՝ ծանոթացել վերջինիս գործունեությանն ու ստեղծված պայմաններին, ներկա գտնվել շենքի պատմությունը ներկայացնող ֆիլմի ցուցադրությանը:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, «Կամար» բիզնես կենտրոնի ճարտարապետներն են Ռուբեն և Միքայել Հասրաթյանները: Շենքը նախագծվել է 2014 թվականին: Ծառի մետաղյա քանդակի հեղինակներն են ճարտարապետ Ռուբեն Հասրաթյանը և քանդակագործ Դավիթ Երևանցին: Բիզնես կենտրոնը միավորում է 3 տարբեր ժամանակաշրջանի շենքերը` ցարական, խորհրդային, ժամանակակից: «Սև» շենքը, որը կառուցվել է Ամասիայի սև տուֆից, ինչով և պայմանավորված է շենքի անունը, կառուցվել է թիֆլիսահայ ճարտարապետ Միքայել Օհանջանյանի նախագծով` 1910 թ.-ին: Այն եղել է ժամանակին տարածաշրջանում մեծ դերակատարում ունեցող Թիֆլիսի առևտրային բանկի Էրիվանյան մասնաճյուղի շենքը, ուր մինչ այսօր էլ իրականացվում է բանկային գործունեություն: Գյուղատնտեսական բանկի շենքը կառուցվել է 1926 թ.-ին` ճարտարապետ Նիկոլայ Բունիաթյանի նախագծով, որի կառուցման գաղափարը պատկանում է Ալեքսանդր Թամանյանին: 

Տեղեկացվել է, որ «Կամար» բիզնես կենտրոնն Ա դասի առաջին «կանաչ» բիզնես կենտրոնն է Հայաստանում: Արժանացել է BREEM հավաստագրի, որը 1990 թ.-ին բրիտանական BRE Global ընկերության կողմից ստեղծված մեթոդաբանություն է: BREEAM-ը թարգմանաբար նշանակում է «շենքի էներգաարդյունավետության գնահատման մեթոդ»: Տեղեկացվել է, որ «Կամար»-ը Հայաստանում BREEAM հավաստագրին արժանացած առաջին նախագիծն է: 

Բինզես կենտրոնի շենքն ունի 9 հարկ, ստորգետնյա կայանատեղի` 4.8 հազ. քմ` 100 մեքենայի կայանման հնարավորությամբ: Էլեկտրական մեքենաների համար նախատեսված է լիցքավորման կայան: Շենքի տանիքում գործում է արևային կայան: Շենքում գործում է 8 վերելակ, որոնք էներգախնայող են: Բոլոր լուսային սարքերը էներգախնայող led տեսակի են: Ինտերիերում պահպանված են պատմական շենքի տուֆե քարերը, որոնք համադրված են ժամանակակից դիզայներական լուծումների հետ: Սպասարկման սրահը կառուցված է ժամանակակից բարձր պահանջներին համապատասխան, հագեցած է գերժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիական միջոցներով:
